The house is nice and generally matches the photographs. The beautiful natural surroundings, and I want to acknowledge the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff, both the person who checked me in and stayed there, and the person in the kitchen. (The person who was rude was the one who cleaned the bedrooms and did not return, and they did not replace her.) However, a series of mishaps occurred due to lack of maintenance that affected our stay. Basically, there was an accumulation of problems: lack of water, power outages, noise, operational problems, a situation of confinement due to lack of control, and the way we were treated as guests by the host, Arely. We also found it very uncomfortable that photographs were taken while we were inside, a situation that we perceived as intimidating. There are also cameras on the property. I repeat, the most regrettable thing was the host's manner, more than being left without electricity and water. We would consider coming back with another management; the place is nice.

A beautiful house in the middle of the forest is just what we wanted for a vacation, to rest and enjoy as a family. The house is very well equipped and has very nice rest areas. The staff was very attentive and always willing to help us with whatever was needed. We will definitely come back some day!!

The house is spectacular. It has everything you need to spend a few days relaxing. The service was very good. Without a doubt, it's an excellent place in a very nice and quiet area, very close to downtown Avandaro.
