El espacio
Esta hermosa villa completamente amueblada se encuentra en el corazón de la zona hotelera, junto a la laguna Nichupté y a pocos metros del mar. La propiedad ofrece seguridad las 24 horas y acceso conveniente al ferry hacia Isla Mujeres, la playa, restaurantes y tiendas cercanas.
La villa forma parte de un condominio tranquilo con 12 viviendas e incluye:

El primer piso incluye dos habitaciones, cada una amueblada con dos camas individuales y un baño privado. En este piso también se encuentra una sala de televisión.
El segundo piso cuenta con una amplia habitación principal con una cama tamaño king y un baño equipado con bañera y ducha.
El tercer piso contiene una habitación pequeña con una cama matrimonial y un baño privado. La villa también incluye un cuarto de lavado y una terraza con hermosas vistas de la zona hotelera.

Overall we had a good stay here. The location is pretty good with walkable restaurants and a close proximity to the beach. The views out the back to the pool and boat docks are a definite highlight. There are a few things you should know before booking. 1. The water doesn't get any hotter than lukewarm. It was hard to tell the difference between the cold and hot. I mentioned it it to the host and they said it was working as expected. 2. The house was likely the height of luxury when it was built in the 90s (I'd guess), and there were no big problems with it, but it did show a lot of wear and tear. Rust, tarnish, cracks, dents, etc. 3. The home is 4 stories tall. So be prepared to do do a lot of stair climbing.

House with all amenities. There were 8 of us, and the rooms were super comfortable. The kitchen had all the utensils to prepare food, the TV room had good space, the pool was a very good size (although shared), and the view of the pier upon waking was incredible. It's also a few steps from the piers that have sports and recreational activities, and the unbeatable Playa Langosta is 3 minutes by car or 12 minutes on foot. 100% recommended.

Nice and spacious house, with access to the garden that leads to the pool and the complex's dock, central air conditioning and everything you need. The location was a big plus. The Mexican was very respectful and very nice. Thank you, and I recommend this place to stay.

I rented this property for a family vacation. The property is right across the main street from the beach, has restaurants and convenience stores within a 1 minute walk (more about another 5 min walk) and has a bus stop about the same distance to get you to whichever beach you need to go to. The home has central AC which is super nice to come back to after a long day at the beach. Property managers were very helpful and responsive throughout the entire ordeal. I even left some belongings accidentally behind and they worked with me to get them shipped back to my home. 10/10 experience. You won’t regret staying here with your family for a nice relaxing vacation.
