Beautiful house. Kids enjoy greatly the pool and the ranch with the grill and pool table. Host was available and responded inmmediatly. Neighborhood is exclusive, security excellent.

Great stay for our group of 12! The Property: Clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with plenty of kitchen supplies. Amenities & Location: The gated community felt very safe. The kids loved the pool slides and beach club access, and we even spotted macaws in the nearby trees! Getting Around: Tamarindo Beach was about a 30-minute drive due to a road closure. Host: Lilliana was super helpful—she quickly guided us around the road closure when we had trouble finding the place, and her local recommendations for dining and activities were excellent.

House was great overall. The pool could have been filled a little more so the water reached the filter and covered the first step. The hot tub never got hot, but the waterslide was a lot of fun. The golf carts were a hassle. The front tires were bald on, and one blew out on the second day of use. The replacement carts were not comparable to what we paid for the original, which was disappointing. One other frustration was check-in. Friends who had traveled for nearly 24 hours by plane and car arrived about 40 minutes early but weren’t allowed into the house until about 20 minutes after the scheduled check-in time.

House was great. The pool was super fun for the kids. Only bad thing was being woke up early a couple of mornings bc the pool guy turn the hose on outside and it makes a very loud noise.

Beautiful house and host was very easy and helpful even with things not related to the house. You are a little secluded on the property and because of the gates getting rides isn't easy but host did help us a lot! The kids LOVED the slide on the pool and if you are looking for a place to relax with a big group it's perfect!

Lilliana was absolutely amazing!! So extremely helpful I can’t say enough good things about her! The place was very clean and beautiful! The only thing I will say is when you pull up the location on the maps, it is not the same location. The neighborhood is also not close to town. Uber is not easy to get bc of the codes they have to get and bc it’s further away they don’t like to drive out that way. Lilliana helped us book transportation though. You just need to plan ahead a bit. Overall great place and again Lilliana was so helpful with all the questions I had! Responded extremely quickly!

Liliana is an excellent host! He's really is super approachable and responds super fast. The place was beautiful. My family and I had a great time. The house has everything you need for all tastes. Lili is definitely a super plus because she makes you feel comfortable.

The house was perfect for our group of friends. The extra amenities are very good for having fun times, being able to have a barbecue and talking. Lilliana's communication was fantastic and she answered all our questions immediately. We'd love to go back.

Lilliana was an excellent communicator, we did have some difficulty finding the exact location of the house with the address listed but she was extremely responsive and helped us quickly find the house. We had 3 families with children ages 4-7 and the house was an absolute dream, the pool was perfect! The house felt incredibly private and the resort itself very safe. Thank you!
