4BR Villa in Cancun

We had an amazing time! The place was perfect for 3 families (with young kids)! Our kids loved the grassy lawn, easy access to the pool, and beach! The beach in front of the house was really private, which was wonderful. Adrian was also an amazing communicator (both before arrival and throughout the stay) and helped us set up grocery delivery, massages at the villa for parents, delivery of extra kiddo gear, transportation, restaurant recommendations and more! We also took advantage of the chef service for dinner multiple nights. The on site staff was also extremely responsive and helpful! This place led to an extremely memorable trip for our kids and families! Highly recommend!!!!

Such an incredible stay in an amazing location! The chef was so amazing and made the most delicious food. We loved our stay here!!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in the villa. We took our three children and their spouses and our grandson. Everyone had their own room and the villa is very spacious for a large group. Carla was an excellent communicator and answered all my questions promptly. And a big shout out to Chef Marcelino Morales for his delicious meals and to the always smiling housekeeper, . We especially enjoyed the quiet, Private vibe of the development. There were some nice young families there who we got to know. It reminded us of being at our country club here in the states. Highly recommend!

We had the most amazing trip here for my friend’s bachelorette! The airbnb was even better than the pictures! Great location and we felt incredibly safe throughout our stay. Carla and Sebastian helped me arrange a private chef, transportation, and excursions. We would absolutely stay again!

We stayed in this home as a group of 8 celebrating my mother's 65th birthday. This property provided us with oceanfront views, the sounds of waves, and just steps to the beach. The beach was soft and clean with very little seaweed during our visit. The home and exterior areas were clean and the common area allowed for all of us to dine and relax together with plenty of room. The host, chef, and cleaning staff were very nice, cordial, and hospitable. The home is part of a gated community with security guards. The surrounding area is peaceful during the day as well at night. A few restaurants are within walking distance, but Uber works well in this area, and public transportation is nearby as well. The host was prompt with all of my various questions such as airport transportation, grocery stores, sight seeing, and adding items to the breakfast menu. This property was a great choice for my family.

We stayed here for six nights between Christmas and New Years Day. The hosts were always very responsive and helpful with setting up transportation, recommendations for excursions, and helping with issues that came up at the home. One evening we discovered an ant infestation in the kitchen, and it was promptly handled by the house maintenance team the next morning. The location of the villa is great, away from the busier end of the hotel zone. The view of the ocean was amazing and we loved relaxing in the lounge chairs every day. Breakfast each morning was a wonderful treat. A few things could be improved upon to make the villa feel more luxurious, such as higher quality bedding instead of mismatched sheets and bedspreads. It also would be nice if guests had access to the washer and dryer that is in the villa but behind locked doors. And there was only one pool stick for the pool table; it would be great if there were at least two. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here.

Amazing experience and awesome location. The AirBnb was perfect for a large group. The beach was footsteps away. Having the chef make breakfast daily was incredible. He also made awesome dinners that were fresh and so much easier than going out for dinner. Would come back again and again.

This beautiful place was amazing for a quiet group of ladies for our bachelorette. The host was very accommodating with all of what we wanted to organize for our short weekend! Recommended over and over again! Thank you!

What a great stay! A good option outside of an all inclusive for a large family, but still in the hotel zone. Beach access was adequate, sargassum was maintained, water was beautiful. Restaurants, mall entertainment, shopping was easily accessible via the bus or Uber. Chef Marcelino and sous chef Yami were wonderful, preparing delicious meals, desserts, and aguas frescas for the family. The pool table was a big hit as well, along with the available masseuse. The house staff Nacho and Rocio were very helpful and always available to help. Highly recommend La Villa Nizuc 1.
