The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom, and views of the surrounding jungle. Downstairs, two additional bedrooms share a bathroom. One bedroom has two queen-size beds, while the other includes one queen-size bed.
The heart of the home is the spacious upper-level living area, which features high teak ceilings, a modern open-plan kitchen, and a comfortable lounge. The fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living room, while the dining area is located outside on the balcony. With breathtaking ocean and jungle views, the balcony provides a memorable setting for enjoying meals.

Really great spot! 15 minute walk to the beach. Great views. The staff that managed the air b n b responded so quickly if there were any minor issues. Amazing place to stay!

Great place for my wife and I traveling with adult kids. We took the upstairs, they came and hung out but they could go and come as they pleased without us knowing.

We loved the area, and the home was very comfortable. The sunsets from the balcony were absolutely amazing. The property is about a 10-minute walk to some of the most beautiful beaches, with restaurants and hotels located nearby in the same area. It is quite remote, and access to the beach is via gravel roads, which is something to be aware of. The house is spread over two levels, with the kitchen, living area, and primary bedroom on the top floor, and two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a small sitting area on the lower level. There were beautiful outdoor tables where we ate dinner every night and enjoyed playing games together. The pool is lovely and we enjoyed swims late afternoon swims. While our overall stay was wonderful and we truly loved the area, the home is a bit dated and could benefit from some updates. The lower-level rooms had a slightly musty smell and there were some ant issues. That said, the hosts and agency were responsive to our requests and helpful whenever needed.

Great location and a lovely home close to playa pelada. Kids had fun in the pool and the coffee shop that is a close walk had one of the best brunches I’ve had in a long time. Lovely view, comfy beds. We enjoyed walking to the beach for a sunset swim and playing cards at the great outdoor tables. Nice kitchen, great common room. The main issue for us was that the description wasn’t clear (to me at least) that the downstairs bedrooms weren’t connected to the upstairs primary bedroom. This might be nice for adults or older kids but with younger kids it led to complicated sleeping arrangements because we felt a bit uneasy either locking the kids in, locking them out, or not locking any doors at night. Not a huge deal, but something I wish I had known about before I rented. Maybe I just didn’t read closely enough! Overall a lovely home.

We had an amazing time staying here. The top floor is stunning—the kitchen and balcony are absolutely gorgeous. However, the first floor could use some improvement. Given the price we paid, we expected the entire house to be at the same standard as the top floor, but the lower level wasn’t as well designed or finished. Additionally, none of the rooms have blinds, which affected our privacy. We were sent a video explaining how to open the kitchen door, but the lock appears to be broken. It consistently took us about five minutes to lock or unlock it, and even the staff member who assisted us at check-in struggled with it.

This was the perfect vacation getaway. Minutes from the beach beautiful house and nestled right up in the rainforest canopy with the wildlife. Beautifully outfitted kitchen where we felt right at home cooking all our meals. Wonderful pool. It was perfect.

We loved it, and felt the pictures didn’t do it justice. Great place to watch the sunset, and listen to the monkeys from The top balcony. Very well equipped kitchen ( we loved picking up produce at the Tuesday market in Playa Guiones). Walking distance to beach, and our favorites ( Sunrise Coffee, El Chivo, La Cuchara de Doña Emi). Would definitely stay there again.

Great house, exc communication with hosts, clean, spacious, location is walking distance to Playa Pelada and 7 minutes to Guiones by car. Near supermarket. Not one complaint, house as shown in pictures. We had a great time!!

Absolutely lovely, still thinking about the veranda. Perfect location a bit away from any crowds (but an easy beach walk), great spacious setup. Really easy coordination.

Beautiful spot! View of the ocean and the sunset through the trees. Deck was perfection! Read description about layout as the floors are not connected and pool is many stairs down. Bring earplugs, upstairs bedroom is very noisy if windy. Bring eyeshades, no curtains on sliders. Otherwise it’s perfect. Neighborhood is full of amenities and great restaurants!
