El espacio
La casa está distribuida en varios niveles:
- La amplia habitación principal cuenta con una cama king, baño privado con ducha, balcón y excelentes vistas del lago.
- La habitación VIP incluye una cama king y baño privado.
- Dos habitaciones adicionales cuentan cada una con una cama matrimonial y literas, además de un baño compartido con ducha.
- El nivel principal incluye:
- Cocina con asientos en la barra
- Comedor con amplios asientos
- Área de televisión
- Puertas corredizas que se abren a amplias vistas del lago
- Área exterior de estar
- El nivel inferior conduce al área de la piscina, que incluye:

Laura limpia el interior de la casa, mientras que su esposo, Sergio, se encarga del exterior. Han trabajado en la propiedad durante muchos años y han brindado servicio a celebridades.
El servicio de limpieza está incluido sin costo adicional. Si desea que Laura prepare el desayuno o el almuerzo, el servicio cuesta 350 pesos mexicanos por día, y usted proporciona los ingredientes.
Acceso de los huéspedes
La propiedad cuenta con un portón automático. Se proporcionará un código para acceder.
Información importante
Al igual que muchas propiedades en Teques, la casa está construida en la ladera hacia el lago e incluye escaleras. Los huéspedes con problemas de movilidad deben considerar reservar otra propiedad.
Hay dos kayaks disponibles para uso de los huéspedes sin costo adicional.
Normalmente, la piscina está caliente debido al clima cálido. Si desea que se caliente, el costo de calefacción de la piscina es de 1,850 pesos mexicanos, pagaderos por adelantado para poder solicitar el gas.

Laura and Sergio were very friendly. The house was spectacular, beautiful. My family and I really had a wonderful weekend. My daughter enjoyed her 20th birthday wonderfully.

The house is impeccable, and the hosts are super, the most attentive. Sergio and Laura were super nice and always kept everything very clean. There's no need to leave the house. Perfect recommendations for stores, recreational services and food delivery. We had an amazing time. Yes, we would come back. Highly recommended!!

Our stay was excellent. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The photos definitely don't do the house justice; in person it's even prettier. Everything is spotless, very well maintained, and really designed for enjoying the weekend. Karla was an amazing host. From before our arrival, she was always attentive, answered all our questions very quickly and also shared a super useful guide with us with recommendations for restaurants, ski and boat rentals, and even the contact to book massages, which made organizing our activities very easy. In addition, there are two people in charge of the house who are always attentive to cleaning and anything needed during the stay, which makes the experience even more comfortable. We would definitely come back.

Our stay was very pleasant. The house was spotless: excellent sheets, rooms and overall cleanliness. Laura was very attentive, and Sergio always kept the outdoor areas clean. The view is spectacular and the property's main attraction. However, we do not recommend it for older adults or people with reduced mobility, as it has many steps and uneven surfaces (this was not our case, but for other guests). As areas for improvement, there was no hot water in the shared bathroom and the shower pressure was very low. The steps on the dock are very slippery; it would be advisable to post a caution notice to prevent accidents (someone in our group slipped when getting off the boat). Pool heating has an additional cost of $1,000, although with the warm weather it was not necessary. Overall, it's a great option because of its cleanliness, service, and stunning views.

The house is beautiful, spacious and very comfortable. The master bedroom is spectacular and the view is simply priceless. The additional amenities, such as the kayak, and Laura's support with food, activities, and logistics make the experience exceptional. From recommendations to coordinating services, they were always attentive to every detail. We would definitely recommend it and would gladly return.
