Very nice condo complex very secure with very friendly security. Location is great for access to the beach, small shops, surf rentals, etc. Easy walking to all the town restaurants and bars. Property manager checked in during the stay and was very helpful if questions were asked. Did have some electric outages including one scheduled outage from 8am - 3pm. We were able to use the gas grill for breakfast and were gone a good bit so the outage did not have much negative impact. We visited in early September and had the entire complex pretty much all to ouselves.

Highly recommended. It is literally in the center of Tamarindo, making it easy to walk to restaurants, some clubs, go to the beach, or just walk around and get to know the place. I found the accommodation to be much better than in the photos, and the photos are really nice.

Highly recommend Kennth's place for a nice family vacation. The whole time we were there, other families were also staying in the same complex so our kids always had friends. The beach right across the street was also great for the family. Walking distance to all of the restaurants.
