El espacio
Este lujoso inmueble ocupa una ubicación fantástica para disfrutar de vistas excepcionales de la selva y las montañas, así como una vista lejana al océano. Casa Querencia tiene amplias áreas comunes que incluyen la sala y la cocina/comedor con grandes puertas de vidrio que se abren para dejar entrar la fresca brisa nocturna.
Una sala de juegos con mesa de billar y una pantalla grande es un excelente lugar para reunirse. El nivel inferior contiene los dormitorios, todos con aire acondicionado individual, la mayoría con baños en suite.
La piscina privada cuenta con varias tumbonas y una vista impresionante de las montañas y la exuberante selva tropical circundante. Cada dormitorio puede tener acceso a un balcón con muebles cómodos para relajarse y disfrutar de los visitantes frecuentes como monos y aves exóticas.

Los huéspedes tienen acceso a toda la casa, excepto a 2 dormitorios adicionales que no se alquilan por separado.

No hay acceso para los huéspedes a las instalaciones de lavandería en la villa; la empleada doméstica realizará el lavado por usted.
Se requiere un depósito en efectivo de $400 a $500 (según el tamaño de su grupo) al momento del check-in para cubrir posibles daños o artículos faltantes; este depósito es 100% reembolsable siempre que no haya daños en la propiedad.

Beautiful home with Mountain Views. Very spacious with lovely furnishings and comfortable beds. A lot of wildlife including capuchin and squirrel monkeys!

This house was amazing. Everything you needed was there and there are 4 patios. The large living room with a huge sectional sofa was nice to relax after a day enjoying the sights. We will certainly come again

Our stay was peaceful. The home is located in the middle of the jungle but with amenities close by. Beautiful mountain views and lots to see. Air conditioners throughout the home made the stay comfortable. The home was kept clean on the daily by property management. Always came back to a clean house. I recommend this home if you want peace and sounds of nature.

Super well-equipped house, with everything you need for large family groups. Beautiful view, you feel like you're in the middle of the forest and we could see several sloths very close. Excellent service, cleanliness and all the amenities. It is not a recommended house for the elderly, people with reduced mobility or small children just walking because the house has several floors and many stairs.

What an amazing house! it was much bigger than what we needed for just our family and was more amazing than the pictures can do justice. We would love to come back with a larger group of families and use even more of the amenities offered. With a car, we found the location to be perfect. it was secluded enough and surrounded by nature (we saw monkeys, iguanas, dried fruits, etc.) yet we could get to activities and restaurants in just a few minutes. we didn't walk anywhere from the house but it is absolutely possible.

Best Airbnb we've stayed at after years of traveling! Location was excellent: walking distance to restaurant (Cerdo Feliz) and a mini-market, and a short drive to all the Manuel Antonio and Quepos hot spots. Amazing wildlife and jungle surrounds the house, from all sides. The multiple terraces allow private viewings of the surrounding area for each family member, which is perfect for families or friends traveling together, but want privacy and alone time on their terrace/balcony. Paula (housekeeper) and Charlie (host) were extremely kind and helpful. House was immaculate, with air-conditioning throughout the entire house. Swimming pool was a perfect respite from the heat for our family of seven. Approximately four levels with stairs throughout, which made the house seem spacious and upscale. The kitchen has everything you need and there is a BBQ grill on the deck adjacent to kitchen. All rooms were en suite. My family and I highly recommend this home and we definitely will be back!

This house was so amazing. It was very spacious and comfortable in both the bedrooms and living areas. So many amazing porches to see wildlife. Very close to many amazing dining options and beaches.
