Unique Feature
The large outdoor table has an interesting history: it was used in season 20 of the TV show Survivor, which was filmed near San Juan del Sur, about an hour south. After filming, items were sold off, and the original owner acquired this remarkable table.

It's a place with a lot of potential; it just needs a little love. All the outdoor furniture is in poor condition; it's not comfortable. There is only one chair by the pool, and none on the balcony; The lighting around the property is minimal, and you can't use the pool at night. Excellent rooms and interior 👌

The house is comfortable and the kitchen is very well equipped. However, the road to the house is extremely rocky and difficult to access, we had a four-wheel drive SUV and even so it was impossible to go up. There is very little lighting around the house, the beach is 8 minutes away by car and easily accessible with the new Costanera road

A comfortable private place with a nice pool near nature, free exotic animals that pass through the place. We saw spiny-tailed monkeys and monkeys walking around. Clean, like home

We had a great stay at Playa Gigante, the house was comfortable and well-equipped, and surrounded by trees and beautiful plants. Also, lovely view of the beach upstairs.
