Condominio de 2 habitaciones junto a la piscina en Coco, Green Life tiene capacidad para 4 personas e incluye lavadora y secadora en el lugar. Camine hasta las tiendas, el océano y los restaurantes locales, y disfrute de mañanas frente a la playa bajo los árboles tropicales.
El espacio
Mi esposa y yo celebramos nuestro décimo aniversario de bodas en Costa Rica. Tuvimos una experiencia increíble y decidimos buscar un condominio allí. Durante nuestra visita, recibimos una tarjeta de presentación de una empresa de bienes raíces y planeamos alquilar una propiedad mientras buscábamos un lugar para comprar.
Después de regresar a casa, nos comunicamos con el agente inmobiliario para pedirle recomendaciones. Aunque no estaba afiliado a una empresa en Coco, nos recomendó la zona.
Más adelante, reservamos una habitación en el Palms Hotel y volamos a Coco para buscar una propiedad. Llegamos a principios de enero de 2017 y nos recomendaron una empresa inmobiliaria local. Después de una semana de visitar propiedades, compramos una unidad de una sola planta en un dúplex dividido.
El condominio estaba cerca de la piscina y tenía lavadora y secadora dentro de la propiedad. Nos gustaban los árboles y las flores, así como la corta caminata hasta las tiendas y el océano. Mi esposa siempre había querido una casa cerca de la playa, y este condominio era perfecto para nosotros.
Nuestra escapada
Este condominio se convirtió en nuestro lugar de descanso. Llevamos ropa, platos y otras cosas necesarias a Coco para no tener que viajar con mucho equipaje en el futuro. Ese arreglo funcionó muy bien.
Nos mudamos en febrero de 2017 y nos quedamos varios meses. Disfrutábamos caminar por el camino hacia la playa, admirar las palmeras y las flores, y ocasionalmente ver una iguana.
Actividades y experiencias
Nos encantaba el mar, y a mi esposa le gustaba especialmente buscar conchas marinas. La mayoría de las mañanas, caminábamos por la playa hasta el pueblo para desayunar. También encontramos lugares para recibir masajes y cortarnos el cabello.
La pesca era otra de nuestras actividades favoritas. Nuestro servicio de pesca preferido era operado por Comey y Benny, quienes nos llevaron a nosotros y a nuestros amigos a pescar más de 10 veces. Pescamos atún, jurel, pargo rojo, dorado y otros peces. Durante estas salidas, también vimos tortugas, ballenas, delfines, aves y otros animales silvestres.
Disfrutábamos de los tours locales y vimos perezosos, monos, kinkajús, coatíes y otros animales. Otras excursiones memorables incluyeron:
- Visitar las aguas termales
- Explorar la cueva La Leona
- Pasear en una carreta tirada por bueyes
- Recorrer una plantación de café
Recuerdos
Mi esposa y yo disfrutamos mucho del condominio. Era nuestro lugar para relajarnos y escapar de la vida cotidiana. Conocimos a personas maravillosas e hicimos grandes amistades.
Mi esposa murió de cáncer el 24 de agosto de 2018. Estoy agradecido por los recuerdos que creamos juntos y creo en disfrutar la vida mientras podamos.

Absolutely loved my time at Green Life! It was literally everything we were expecting. Aunt was a 15 minute walk to the beach. There was a lovely coffee shop just down the street. A small supermarket did not even need a car during my time there. The host was so wonderful to work with great communication. I would definitely stay here again.

We both enjoyed our stay at this condo location. Upon arrival the first impression was all seemed well, albeit slightly dated. However, a few negative issues occurred, such as the cleanliness under & behind furniture (dead cockroaches), as well as the toilet roll holder flaps being unhygienic underneath! The master bedroom toilet flush needs replacing due to usage, the kitchen lacks suitable surface space & lighting for food preparation. Also lacks suitably sized saucepans for regular cooking, there is only one heavy glass Pirex dish, no baking trays for use! The electric kettle works intermittently (so we used the whistling kettle on hob) & the electric toaster's underplate is held together with masking tape! The property's front door lock is out of alignment & quite fiddly to operate. We feel the property needs some TLC & some tweeking here & there. Happy to stay at location again.

The condo was great. Could have done with a few more pots and pans but other than that everything was there. The host even bought beach chairs before we arrived.

Green Life #10 has an airy feel for a compacted 2-bdrm, 2-bath, the kitchen is laid out with quiet closing drawers and cupboards. The appliances were modern even complete with a disposer. The fridge has a lot of room, but due to the hard water, the water and ice dispenser were not hooked up. The AC (3) and ceiling fans (4) worked very well to keep the condo very comfortable, even in the throes high humidity and high temps. The only drawback were the bathrooms . . . the shower, the sink and toilet were super clean, but there is no room beyond the bathroom duties (get in and get out), clean white walls with high ceilings gives the bathroom of a lot more room. Living room is fully equipped with a sturdy, but comfortable sofa with a recliner/rocker right next to the sofa. The drapery is bright, airy and cool looking, plus heavier drapes to help minimize the heat of the sun shining thru the sliders. All in all, I would not hesitate to book my next visit to Costa Rica with Elizabeth.

Great little condo with a well equipped kitchen. Fantastic big pool that we usually had to ourselves. Safe quiet community with security patrols. The beach is a 5 min walk, or 10 min walk into town. Shops and restaurants at the end of the road. Recommended.
