The Space
Our beautiful condo is situated directly on Medano Beach, the main swimming beach. Villa La Estancia is a privately owned luxury condominium complex located right on the beach, just a 10-minute walk from the marina and downtown Cabo San Lucas.
We own two villas at Villa La Estancia:
- One offers spectacular views of the arch and the pools.
- The other is a ground-floor unit with a lovely garden view.
Both condos are equally stunning and feature luxury furnishings, a full kitchen, laundry room, barbecue, and many additional amenities. They also include a US phone line.
Please note that September is designated for maintenance and construction. While you might not be affected, there is a possibility of loud noise during this period. This is beyond our control, and refunds will not be issued for any disturbances caused by construction in September.
Guest Access
Guests have access to wireless internet both inside the condo and near the pool area.
Location
Cabo San Lucas is an incredibly beautiful vacation destination. Villa La Estancia’s prime location offers easy access to the marina, downtown, and the beach.

Everything was great. The location is beautiful. The restaurants were yummy. The pool is very peaceful. We would definitely stay there again. We got married at la estancia 17 years ago and the grounds look the exact same! The condo has plenty of room, very spacious! Just a short walk to downtown!

Sharla was always quick to respond and communication was a breeze. This unit is very spacious, and most would be envious of the very large patio. We didn't spend much time in the unit, but if you were planning to cook/entertain much, you wouldn't be disappointed spending time in the unit. It was very well appointed. We spent some time at the pool and beach in front of the condo, and both were great. The grounds are well manicured and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The main reason we chose this location was it's proximity to downtown. 15 min walk or a cheap cab ride, and your in the heart of the city. The food was amazing everywhere we went! Please, please take advantage of all the dining spots outside of the resort. From the $1.50 taco stands, to $30 entree's on the beach, to the 5 Star fine dining, we we're extremely impressed! There's nothing keeping me from recommending this place to anyone.
