Este hermoso condominio está ubicado directamente en la playa El Médano, una playa apta para nadar. Villa la Estancia es un complejo privado de condominios de lujo, a solo 10 minutos a pie de la marina y del centro de Cabo San Lucas.
Somos propietarios de dos villas en Villa la Estancia:
- Una ofrece vistas espectaculares del arco y de las piscinas.
- La otra está en la planta baja y tiene vista a un hermoso jardín.
Ambos condominios son igualmente hermosos y cuentan con:
- Muebles de lujo
- Una línea telefónica de Estados Unidos
- Una cocina totalmente equipada
- Un cuarto de lavandería
- Una parrilla
- Servicios adicionales
Tenga en cuenta que septiembre es el mes de mantenimiento y construcción de la propiedad. Aunque es posible que no se vea afectado, existe la posibilidad de que haya ruido fuerte. La construcción está fuera de nuestro control y no podemos ofrecer reembolsos por interrupciones relacionadas con la construcción durante septiembre.

Durante su estadía
Mi esposo y yo vivimos en Cabo San Lucas parte del tiempo, así que estamos disponibles si necesita algo. Si no estamos disponibles, Villa la Estancia ofrece un excelente servicio de concierge.

Everything was great. The location is beautiful. The restaurants were yummy. The pool is very peaceful. We would definitely stay there again. We got married at la estancia 17 years ago and the grounds look the exact same! The condo has plenty of room, very spacious! Just a short walk to downtown!

Sharla was always quick to respond and communication was a breeze. This unit is very spacious, and most would be envious of the very large patio. We didn't spend much time in the unit, but if you were planning to cook/entertain much, you wouldn't be disappointed spending time in the unit. It was very well appointed. We spent some time at the pool and beach in front of the condo, and both were great. The grounds are well manicured and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The main reason we chose this location was it's proximity to downtown. 15 min walk or a cheap cab ride, and your in the heart of the city. The food was amazing everywhere we went! Please, please take advantage of all the dining spots outside of the resort. From the $1.50 taco stands, to $30 entree's on the beach, to the 5 Star fine dining, we we're extremely impressed! There's nothing keeping me from recommending this place to anyone.

Villa la Estancia is an amazing resort with every amenity you can ask for. Sharla was very quick at responding to questions. I would book here again!
