Beach Club Access
Guests have access* to the B Nayar Beach Club and its facilities. Spend the day beside the two 100-meter pools, play sports, or enjoy fresh, light cuisine at the open-air restaurant. The club also offers views of the Sierra Madre mountains and Banderas Bay.
The Seafood Market and Marina Riviera Nayarit are within walking distance. Guests can purchase fresh local seafood, including mackerel, mahi mahi, snapper, and tuna, or arrange boat charters for whale watching, fishing, and sightseeing.
The charming streets of La Cruz de Huanacaxtle are nearby, as are the towns of Bucerias, Punta Mita, and Sayulita.

The property is not pet-friendly. It includes high-speed Wi-Fi, laundry facilities, and a curated guidebook with local recommendations.
Some nearby construction noise may occur, although it is expected to be minimal. The beach club is currently undergoing a small construction project.

Everything was as described but we did have a problem with some little bugs in some rooms on the bed sheets , all the AC’s work great except the one in the kitchen/living room. The stove downstairs did not work properly it seems to be outdated and needed to be changed. The pool sizes should be added in the description because they seemed bigger than they really are in the photos.

Very nice and comfortable house. We really liked it. However, I think it's very important to mention that there is no air conditioning in the common living and dining area, which is supposed to be the most appropriate place for spending time together. There are also no curtains or blinds, so the living and dining area face directly onto the neighbor's balcony and the sun shines directly into that area, which is VERY hot in the summer. I think that if these issues were addressed, it would be a good place to stay in summer. Otherwise, I recommend it for another time of year when it's much cooler.

Good place to spend time as a family. The house is beautiful, spacious, and comfortable. The kitchen area downstairs needs a little more ventilation because the heat gets concentrated. There are places nearby to buy groceries. Regarding the beach, it has a lot of rocks, and the facilities at the beach club are good, but the staff service leaves a lot to be desired. However, overall we were very comfortable.

The house is just as shown in the photos, and the pool is super nice!! The only issue we had was that we felt that the air conditioners didn't cool as much as we would have liked, and that in the downstairs kitchen area there is no air conditioning (like they removed it) and there are no ceiling fans or anything, and with the heat in Vallarta, it's too stuffy.

The place is just like the photos, super nice and everything is functional. The pools are ideal for spending time with the family. The highlight of the stay is the beach club, which is also phenomenal. Both the house and everything about the trip was better than we expected. Shoutout to Ale, who was a super host, very attentive and quick to communicate. We'll definitely be back soon.
