Condesa is a beautiful, safe neighborhood with so many parks! 2 minute walk to Metro is so convenient. Lots of quality restaurants and shops within 2 blocks. The rooftop pool and lounge are a wonderful retreat from the city. Having in-home laundry is great. The space is decorated very tastefully, and looks exactly like the photos. The master bedroom & bath is especially spacious. There are also bathrooms on the rooftop and on the ground floor, which is helpful with a large group. The concierge is friendly. Coffee shops one block away are good. This stay exceeded our expectations!

The Serena Suites unit was just as pictured and described. The location was very walkable and felt safe. Finally, the host was easy to communicate with and attentive to us. Overall, we loved our stay there!

Everything was amazing regarding location and hospitality and communication , but air conditioning was small and not enough for the rooms , toilets has missing items like shower gel and tooth brush , home is little bit pricey , overall good place to stay
