We stayed at Chuzos for 4 days and overall had a comfortable stay with minimal issues during our time there. We followed the posted checkout instructions carefully, but after checkout we were contacted about additional rules that were not listed in the checkout process. These included tasks we weren’t prepared for, as no cleaning supplies such as laundry detergent, spray, or paper towels were provided. We were also surprised to be charged for replacing items after our stay. The pictures provided showed small spots on the sheets that we felt were consistent with normal use during a family stay with small children. When we asked for a receipt or further clarification, it was not provided. While the property itself was fine, clearer expectations in the checkout instructions and more transparent communication about charges would have made the experience smoother. Based on our experience, we would not recommend this property for large groups or families with small children.

Todo perfecto, solo la limpieza dejó a desear un poco había una colilla en la entrada tirada y polvo razonables en los pisos solo recalcaría la limpieza en este alojamiento lo demás excelente!
