The Space

Villa Pietra Mare is a stunning 5-bedroom beachfront villa located just steps from a pristine sandy beach in the Guanacaste province of Costa Rica. This property offers a perfect retreat for nature lovers, blending the beauty of the beach, jungle, and surrounding environment.

The villa is designed to provide an outdoor living experience combined with the comforts of a luxury beach house. The living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen are all alfresco, allowing guests to enjoy breathtaking ocean views while listening to the soothing sound of crashing waves. The property is surrounded by tropical gardens and includes outdoor showers, a private pool, a BBQ area, and artisan hammocks hanging from trees overlooking the beach.

A sunshade "toldo" is positioned on the sand, offering a perfect spot to watch spectacular sunsets and observe the tide’s ebb and flow. Within a 10-minute walk along the beach, guests can explore natural tide pools filled with fresh seawater. During nesting season, giant Olive Ridley sea turtles can be seen laying eggs nearby, especially from July to November.

Villa Pietra Mare is accessible via a scenic road trip that includes a dirt road section. It is recommended to rent a high-clearance SUV for the journey. GPS and Waze are helpful for navigation. Detailed directions will be provided.
