Excellent house, spacious, comfortable, ventilated, in good condition and Eduardo the owner is an excellent host at all times. The service staff is very punctual, attentive, diligent. Everything went very well and we would definitely rent this magnificent house again for another vacation.

An excellent place to rest and share with the family, spacious and well ventilated spaces, the house has several places to share and the stay is very pleasant. The house, although it already has its time, it stays well in general and has everything you need.

Eduardo was extremely responsive, kind, and answered all our questions. When we found out we had a side wall of one of our tires get torn a couple of days before our departure and had a 3.5 hour drive ahead of us on our last day back to Bogota Eduardo stepped in to help. Our car, imported from the States, had very unique sized tires for Colombia and Girardot is a small town. He found the right tire shop that was able to get the tire brought in the next day from Bogota and installed a day before our departure. He helped communicate with the tire shop and provided the resource so we didn't have to drive in unsafe conditions with our small children. His home was well appointed and had everything we needed for a mini getaway. Our children especially loved the pool and we loves the quiet. I highly recommend Eduardo's place. It is a great value for all the amenities.

It's a spacious house with a lot of ambiance, very cozy, it has air conditioning in every room. The people who support very helpful and the residential complex is very nice.
