This villa is absolutely stunning! The oceanfront location is unbeatable, right in the heart of El Tunco where the surfing, fun and trending activities are happening. The views are breathtaking, and the villa is beautiful, comfortable, and ideal for a special getaway. This was my 4th stay here, and I’m already planning to return next year for another birthday celebration! Nicolas is an exceptional host. Before our arrival, he reached out and offered us an early check-in since there were no guests the night before, which was perfect because our flight landed at 7 a.m. He also offered us a late checkout, making our departure day much more relaxing. When we accidentally left a few items behind, Nicolas contacted us and helped us recover them. Dennis, the janitor, and the cleaning staff were amazing, always keeping the villa and pool spotless. Thank you, Nicolas, Dennis, and the entire team for another unforgettable stay. Your hospitality keeps us coming back year after year

One of the best Air BNB places I’ve stayed at in an amazing location. Nicolas is great and very responsive and respectful. I will definitely be back at this place again next time I go to El Salvador. Can’t recommend enough!

Nicolas's AirBnb is truly wonderful. The views, the pool, the beautiful location - it's the best place to stay in El Tunco. The grounds are wonderful, the bedrooms are large and each has its own bathroom. It felt very private but it's essentially right in town and right on the beach which is ideal. Nicolas is also the most helpful and responsive AirBnb host I've ever had. Always available to answer questions and help with whatever we needed. Don't hesitate to book this property!

This home was such a pleasant stay, right near the entrance of surf city & walkable distance to everything in El Tunco! We loved being able to walk down to our now favorite coffee shop there called yorkcafe. There was many mango trees in the property, Nicolas was nice enough to have some brought up to the house which were yummy! The AC in the rooms were amazing and kept our room really cool at night if you aren't used to the heat. 10/10 experience and will definitely be back.

Wow, staying here was amazing! Our group had such an amazing time in two of the villas. The views are just amazing here, waking up every morning to watch the endless surfers right out front. Location was awesome, although there was construction on the boardwalk while we were there, walking to everything the other way was just as easy. We had everything we needed there and more, the restaurants, and all entertainment walking distance. There are two beach clubs right next door, noise level was perfectly fine. If you’re looking for a place to just ground and not have to drive this is perfection! The staff was great, everyone was so kind and helpful and just kept the property looking amazing, helpful with anything! I love my country and can’t wait yo visit again!!

This is, without a doubt, one of the best beach Airbnbs in El Tunco. The photos don’t do it justice. The place looks even better in person. The view from the pool is absolutely spectacular, and every moment there felt worth it. Waking up to the ocean breeze was incredible. I found myself opening the sliding doors each morning just to let in the fresh air and listen to the waves breaking right outside. It’s an experience that’s hard to match. The property is well-maintained and offers a great balance of privacy and safety, all while being within walking distance of the beach’s restaurants and bars. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made me feel right at home.
