All fees are included with your stay at Casa Mirage, located within Villas de Playa Grande. This beachfront villa offers a Mediterranean-inspired design featuring local hardwoods and custom furnishings that are contemporary, colorful, and comfortable. Guests can enjoy sweeping 180º ocean views from both upper and lower verandas, with direct beach access right from the backdoor. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a water filtration system for drinking water.

The Space

Casa Mirage is a beachfront villa situated on the shores of Playa Grande, where verandas open to expansive ocean vistas and the pace of life follows the rhythm of the sea. The villa provides 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms across 5,100 square feet, making it ideal for families or groups seeking both comfort and privacy.

The residence is arranged over two levels surrounding an open-air courtyard, allowing for a natural villa-style flow. Each bedroom has its own entrance from the courtyard, enabling guests to move freely without passing through shared living spaces. There are three bedrooms on the lower level and two on the upper level.

Outdoor living is a key feature of Casa Mirage. The open-air beachfront setting fosters a close connection with nature, where colorful birds fly overhead, hermit crabs roam the sand, and occasional geckos or iguanas may be spotted.

Between the villa and the beach lies the pool area, which includes:

• A main swimming pool
• A separate shallow wading pool for children
• Hammocks and lounge chairs for relaxation

This space is perfect for watching family members enjoy the beach and then unwinding with a peaceful sunset float.

Shaded verandas surround the villa, furnished with rocking chairs and a large outdoor dining table. This setup encourages a seamless indoor-outdoor lifestyle and provides a memorable atmosphere for evening meals.

Inside, the villa features air conditioning throughout, an open living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and an indoor dining space—ideal for shared meals and downtime between beach activities. The kitchen amenities include:

• Two refrigerators
• Dishwasher

The sixth bathroom is conveniently located on the ground floor near the living and kitchen areas for daytime use.

Guest Access

Guests have access to all areas of the villa. Although there is no laundry room on-site, laundry service can be arranged for an additional fee.

Additional Information

The villa offers cleaning service every other day through the concierge. Additional services such as cooking, meal preparation, grocery stocking, and arranging excursions can be coordinated with the on-site manager. These services may incur extra charges.
