Bienvenido a "Casa Mirage" en Villas de Playa Grande. Disfruta de un paraíso frente al mar ubicado en las playas vírgenes de Playa Grande. Esta impresionante villa, diseñada con un estilo mediterráneo, cuenta con maderas locales, muebles contemporáneos, coloridos y cómodos hechos a medida.
Disfruta de vistas panorámicas de 180º al mar desde las verandas superiores e inferiores, con acceso directo a la playa desde la puerta trasera. La cocina está completamente equipada e incluye un sistema de filtración de agua para beber.
El espacio
Casa Mirage es una villa frente al mar en Playa Grande donde las verandas se abren a amplias vistas del océano y los días transcurren al ritmo del mar. Con 5 habitaciones, 6 baños y 474 metros cuadrados (5,100 pies cuadrados) de espacio, ofrece comodidad y privacidad para familias y grupos.
La villa se distribuye en dos niveles alrededor de un patio al aire libre, creando un flujo cómodo y estilo villa. Cada habitación tiene acceso independiente desde el patio, permitiendo a los huéspedes entrar y salir sin pasar por las áreas comunes. Tres habitaciones están en el nivel inferior y dos en el superior.
Vida al aire libre
La vida al aire libre es un punto destacado en Casa Mirage. El entorno abierto frente al mar crea una conexión cercana con la naturaleza, con aves coloridas sobrevolando, cangrejos ermitaños en la arena y ocasionalmente geckos o iguanas vibrantes que pasan por el lugar.
El área de la piscina se encuentra entre la villa y la playa, con dos piscinas (una principal y una piscina separada para niños o poco profunda), además de hamacas y sillas para descansar, ideales para observar a la familia disfrutar de la arena y el mar, y luego relajarse flotando al atardecer.
Las verandas sombreadas rodean la villa con mecedoras y una gran mesa de comedor al aire libre, creando un ritmo fácil entre interior y exterior y un ambiente memorable para cenar juntos al final del día.
Comodidades interiores
Con aire acondicionado en toda la villa, ofrece una sala de estar abierta, cocina totalmente equipada y comedor interior, perfectos para compartir comidas y descansar entre sesiones en la playa. La cocina incluye estufa a gas, dos refrigeradores y lavavajillas.
El sexto baño está ubicado en la planta baja cerca de la sala y la cocina para uso conveniente durante el día.

Wow! We loved staying at Casa Mirage1. Sharon was a Great host and was very responsive and helpful before and during our stay. The house was perfect for our 15 family members who were all there to celebrate my 70th birthday. We had 8 adults and 7 kids. The beachfront locatiuon was ideal for everyone to enjoy the ocean, strolls on the beach, shady lounges to watch the sunsets and napping. The kids loved the pool as well. The location was private, not touristy, but walkable to restaurants and hang outs. The on site staff were very attentive and friendly and the grounds and house are well maintained. This may be our go to family spot.

Wow what a wonderful vacation we had with our four girls, their husbands and a 3 and 1 year old. This place is breathtaking and we truly enjoyed our time!!! It is VERY spacious, just a few steps to the beach, walk down the beach to treat yourself to tacos, food, festivities and fun was amazing. Sunsets are magical and everyone was so extremely nice!! We would definitely rent this out again!!!! Highly, highly recommend staying here. It was a dream come true and thank you to Sharon and her crew for all you did!!! Loretta & John

Our stay was wonderful! The service from the housekeeping staff was excellent as was the chef Kimberly. We did experience some ants in the bedrooms that bit some of our guests.

We stayed with a party of 9 adults and it was perfect. We utilized all 5 rooms, which each had its individual key and access to the front of the house as well as the kitchen space. The rooms were cleaned daily. Communication via wahtsapp was excellent and the beach front location allowed us to swim, surf, walk the beach, walk to breakfast/lunch/dinner locations! Would 10/10 stay again!!

Our experience at Casa Mirage was beyond our dreams! Besides the incredible location and wonderful layout of the home, the staff (Elibeth, Ania, Leanna, Kenneth, Jeffrey, and Jorge) is the best!! They were very responsive to any needs that we had and/or situations that arose. They were always so willing to go above and beyond to insure our needs were met. Also, I highly recommend hiring Kimberly, our cook. She is fabulous!! She made most of our meals and they were delicious! Kimberly and her grown children not only cooked the meals but cleaned up as well. A true vacation for moms! Our time at Casa Mirage was magical and we cannot wait to go back!

The house was perfect. The beach was beautiful. The guys could surf right in front of the house. The waves were perfect. I could watch them surf from the kitchen, which was so fun for me. It easily fit 5 families with children. The house had beach toys for the children to play with, a high chair and pack n play. There was great coffee within walking distance at Beach Break Surf Cafe. Great restaurant near by. We did our grocery shopping mostly at Mega grocery on our way to Tamarindo. The drive to Tamarindo is about 25 minutes. We loved being outside of the town and driving in if needed. Perfect place for our family vacation.

This location is paradise. Soft sand bottom beach with intermediate surf waves. We enjoyed the beach views tremendously. The sunsets are unparalleled. We had 3 families (all global travelers) stay in this villa and out of the 8 young children and 6 adults and 1 teen we slipped and fell on the extremely slippery floors over 16x! The afternoon rain and wet pool feet made it very difficult to walk safely around the porch, balcony, open air common spaces, stairs and even inside the rooms. I hope they can replace the extremely slippery floors before a serious accident occurs. I called the host after slipping down the stairs myself upon 10 min of check in. Thankfully I just had a knot and bruise on my arm. The host was very kind and brought more mats and rugs to help prevent the kids falling down but wasn’t a 100% solution because more falls hapened. The Pool was clean. A Personal security guard kept watch at night. I didn’t know that was needed. We Felt safe. Host was accommodating.
