It's the best place I've stayed at in San Carlos. The location and area of the house are incredible, since the beach is just a few steps away. It's very beautiful and you can see the sunset. There are popular restaurants very close by that you can also walk to. The house was impeccable and had many amenities, such as umbrellas and chairs for going to the beach. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. The living room is very comfortable and the bathrooms are very comfortable for a group of 7 people. I highly recommend it and we hope to stay here again soon, since we all loved it! Thank you.

Highly recommended. The location is very easy to get to, with private access, and it has a community pool as well as beach access 5 minutes from the place. Bradley is an excellent host and is always attentive to any detail and message we gave him.

Location is perfect and private. House is nice and roomy. House was indeed not really clean when we arrived, bad smell that went away after a few hrs. Master room sheets were stained, master bathroom toilet wouldn’t flush for hrs. Dusty places around the house. Only 1 trash bag was left for the kitchen. What I didn’t like was host saying we damaged closet door and hinge when it already had different screws holding it on, scrape on wall from a bunk bed only a 3 year old slept on and other small things that were prior damaged.

The stay was excellent; the house is very comfortable, clean, and has everything you need to enjoy a few days on the best beach in San Carlos. The location is very good, close to the sea (you can walk there in 3 minutes) and in a nice area. Communication with the host was good, and he was attentive, providing us with support when we needed it.

The best location in SC! The neighborhood had plenty of amenities & a 1-minute walk to the beach, if even. House had everything we needed to cook & feel comfortable; even things for relaxing & fun on the beach (chairs w/cart, snorkeling items, toys for small children). Very clean & updated. Host was very responsive.

Thank you Bradley, stay in your house was wonderful. The neighbors are quite and we could feel the peace. Very close to walk on the beach, restaurant very close too. Beautiful experience.

a very quiet place, close to the sea, very clean community pool with space for the family. I highly recommend it, and Bradley was very kind and responded to my messages. The terrace has a very nice view.

We loved our stay, a few meters from the beach and very safe. The house comes with everything you need, even toys for children and a beach cart with umbrellas and chairs. I would definitely stay there again.
