We had a great time in Playa del Carmen. The location was wonderful with the pool being as impressive as it looks on the photos. The restaurants within a 10 minute drive were excellent and the main road to the site is easily accessible. A real highlight was that for any issue big or small Patricia was available within minutes - things go wrong but the important thing is that you are well supported in holiday and this was done really well P.S. Bring your own Nespresso Vertuo capsules for the coffee machine if you have them, they are impossible to find locally

Patricia was nice enough to let us check in very early the day of our stay. She communicated well, answering to messages quickly. The apartment is in need of some serious upgrades. The furniture is worn out and old. The couch had a smell to it. There are rust stains on some of the lamps, toilets and fixtures. The jacuzzi made a loud noise when we turned on the jets. There are 2 restaurants on site that are ok but expensive. There isn’t much to do if you leave the complex. One cafe about 5-10 min walk and one restaurant further down the street. 45 min walk to center of playa.. 15 min cab ride which will cost you about $20. There is a path that leads directly to the beach which was nice.

We loved our stay at Patricia’s place. It felt so relaxing, comfortable and fun. The apartment was clean, very well located and had everything we needed. We highly recommend it for anyone who wants to enjoy a nice vacation!

Patricia is so kind and responsive. They worked with us for a smooth checkin. The property is beautiful — quiet and quaint, yet only $6 taxi to downtown if you want to have a night out— highly recommend.

I loved the apartment has all the comforts to spend the pleasant holidays with family a lot of space green areas swimming the beach a few steps away , the attention of Mrs. Patricia excellent very attentive every moment of the stay.
