The Space
Relax in this peaceful and stylish two-bedroom, one-bath apartment located on the second floor in a quiet courtyard behind our main property, Casa Razas. Recently renovated, the unit features air conditioning throughout, a large 55-inch smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen, custom-made wooden furniture, and on-demand hot water in the shower.
Both bedrooms include floor-to-ceiling closets, allowing you to unpack fully and store your luggage out of sight. Experience the laid-back Pura Vida lifestyle of Limón in comfort.
Inside, the living room offers a custom sofa ideal for relaxing with your group. The kitchen is fully stocked with a full-size electric stove, a spacious refrigerator, a microwave, a coffee maker, and all necessary dishes and utensils neatly stored in the cabinets. Each bedroom has individual temperature controls for the air conditioning, and the shared bathroom provides instant hot water—just allow a moment for it to warm up on first use.
Guests can enjoy streaming on the smart TV or dine in the shared courtyard lounge and dining area, which is also used by the downstairs unit.
Guest Access
Guests have exclusive use of the entire two-bedroom apartment and shared access to the courtyard lounge. The one-bedroom apartment downstairs and the unit in the front building also share access to this communal outdoor space.
Location
Limón is situated on Costa Rica’s Atlantic coast, approximately a 3-4 hour drive from Juan Santamaría International Airport (SJO) in San José. Alternatively, you can take a 40-minute domestic flight directly to Limón followed by a 15-minute taxi ride to the property.
Casa Razas vacation rentals are located in a typical Limón neighborhood, not within a tourist zone. The popular destinations of Cahuita and Puerto Viejo are about 1 to 1.5 hours away.

This is a smoke-free property. Smoking of any kind, including vaping, is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and throughout the courtyard.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The hosts were some of the kindest and most attentive people we've ever met. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and made us feel truly welcome. I had actually booked a different Airbnb first, but I ended up canceling it because my booking request wasn't accepted until two days later since they weren't available over the weekend. That made me realize how important responsive hosts are, especially if you ever need assistance. Looking back, I'm so grateful that booking didn't work out because it led us to this incredible place. The home had all the charm and beauty of an Airbnb, but it also felt like home from the moment we arrived. Every detail was thoughtfully considered-from the beautiful, well maintained plants to the delicious treats they provided for guests. You can really tell how much love and care they put into this place. To top it all off, we accidentally left something behind, and the hosts took the time to help

Amazing place to stay and to feel right at home in Limon. Tanya and Arie went above and beyond my expectations! They were so kind and great to talk to. Their home assisted my family with welcoming our first grandchild! Their place was steps from the hospital and provided a great peaceful atmosphere for my daughter to heal and then transition back home! The place was quiet and beautiful! They provided so many things like snacks and eggs and laundry services! They really outdid themselves to make us feel incredibly welcome and comfortable! I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Limon! I would definitely stay here again! Thank you to them💜I would stay in another place that they host!

The stay with Tanya and Arrie exceeded our expectations from the first moment. The check-in was great, the reception was very warm and the highlight next to the superbly equipped kitchen and the very clean and quiet apartment were the snacks and drinks we got. Thank you for everything, we highly recommend a stay.

We had a GR8 stay at Casa Razas in Limón. Truly one of the best AirBNBs we have ever stayed at. We felt welcome right from the start when we arrived early. They provided coffee, eggs, bread, butter and juice for us to start each day, and Arrie even offered to take us on a local "adventure." Kitchen was very functional, TV and Internet worked gr8 and A/C was very comfortable. We appreciated use of the laundry facility. Wish we could have enjoyed a cocktail in the beautiful patio space, but it was too rainy... I would highly recommend this AirBNB.

The accommodation was very comfortable, very nice, excellent service, we were welcomed with details that you only see in VIP places, they made things very easy for us, a central and quiet place, very close to everything in the center and nearby places, if we return to Limón we would stay in this place again. Totally recommended, it's a more than amazing place. They deserve to be very successful. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for everything. Blessings.
