Villa W es una villa de lujo de estilo boho-chic en la zona de hoteles boutique de Tulum, ubicada en una impresionante propiedad frente al mar con piscina y el codiciado acceso privado a una hermosa playa de arena blanca.
Los materiales naturales y los detalles artísticos en toda la casa reflejan el ambiente relajado de Tulum. Aunque está ubicada en una zona céntrica, la villa se encuentra dentro de una propiedad tranquila, lo que ofrece fácil acceso a las atracciones del área mientras mantiene un entorno apacible.

La planta principal de concepto abierto cuenta con:

The place it’s basically by the road and you CAN’T tell the difference of the properties when you’re booking, confusing AI retouched pictures, you can’t ever see the beach from the property. TERRIBLE HOUSE. Mosquitos biting you 24/7, even when you close the windows, turn on the AC, they will be following you around. SNOW AND THE TEAM WERE NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. They’re ask if you need anything and every time you need the simplest thing they disappear. BAD DESIGN/ interior, not comfortable, everything cheaply made. First BAD EXPERIENCE was upon arrival. Nobody to help with the luggage, after infinity hours of traveling, we had to push our suitcases through the sand and climb stiff stairs up with all our stuff and kids. POLLUTED WATER. After arriving, I’ve learned that was not recommended to wash our mouths or brush our teeth with the sink water. That made our life’s with kids miserable, having to boil water and use plastic bottles all the time. I’d recommend book somewhere else

My family and I had a very relaxing time in Tulum. The food was great and the atmosphere very peaceful. The home was also unique and peaceful. The staff were very friendly and responsive to our needs. They also gave us great restaurant recommendations. We had a great time

We stayed at Zorba in January 2025 for four magical nights. Centrally located close to the best restaurant and convenient store. Housekeeping and fresh towels every day which we did not expected. The taco bar on the property was amazing some the best tacos in town ( I mean it ) And cold beer and excellent margaritas. I really can’t say enough about our host Snow lace and the service we have received during our stay and special thanks to Chabely and Mariam for all their assistance during our stay. Can’t wait to go back again ⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️

My friends and I had the best trip while staying at Snow's airbnb. The property is amazing - there are about 4 villas on the property which is what my friends and I liked most.. it made it feel even more safe yet still very private. SO many positives - Miriam and Chabley were amazing and so communicative throughout the stay, we were given great guidance by Snow on what to do when we got there / the best tours to take --- you HAVE to take the chichen itza and cenote tour through Sergio's tours which Snow will provide the info on. Overall amazing and really hope I can come back again soon - i would absolutely stay here over any of the hotels.

Amazing location we truly enjoyed the home. Walking distance to all the restaurants on the beach. Taco stand on location was my kids favorite spot to eat amazing food and service. The home was absolutely perfect. Chebaly was very sweet she set up some amazing tours with great people. Very family friendly property can’t wait to come back.

We had three generations of our family staying here. It was a truly memorable experience. The property is amazing, the beach and pool are soothing and the staff is on their game. There’s even a taco bar on the property just for the guests.
