El espacio
La casa de 5,000 pies cuadrados cuenta con 4 habitaciones con baños privados, una amplia sala de estar de concepto abierto en la planta principal con medio baño y un cuarto para empleada doméstica de medio tiempo. La cocina está completamente equipada. Se proporcionan ropa de cama y toallas.
- BR1: Habitación principal con cama King, baño completo y bañera
- BR2: 2 literas con 2 camas nido extraíbles, para un total de 6 colchones individuales, y baño completo
- BR3: Cama Queen y baño completo
- BR4: Cama Queen, futón doble y baño completo
- BR5: Cama individual junto a la cocina, en la planta baja; se considera el cuarto para empleada doméstica
La planta principal cuenta con una fuente decorativa de agua que puede encenderse o apagarse. Solicite ayuda al administrador para utilizarla. También hay una vinera y un dispensador de agua; deberá conseguir por su cuenta el agua para el dispensador. El personal de recepción puede indicarle dónde rellenarla.
La casa cuenta con mesa de billar y una sala multimedia, muy populares entre los huéspedes. Cada habitación tiene su propio baño con ducha, mientras que el baño principal incluye ducha y bañera.
La casa dispone de aire acondicionado central, con termostatos en las plantas inferior y superior. También cuenta con wifi y televisión por cable.

Los huéspedes tendrán acceso a toda la casa, estacionamiento para 2 vehículos, las piscinas del resort y los restaurantes.

Amazingly beautiful surroundings. Excellent beach view surrounded by palms. We enjoyed floating in the pacific and the privacy of our own pool. Allison was very helpful and responsive with recommendations. We stayed with 9 people and enjoyed our own space as well as the communal areas.

Two families of four stayed here. This was a wonderful house due to the bedroom layout and location. The tiki bar to the Marriott Beach club is tucked in the far right hand side of the property. You can’t hear the noise, but you can access it for food and drinks and they will deliver to you. That was super helpful for dinner pick ups. We also used the water sports over there at the beach Club like the tubing and jet skiing. Our kids loved it. Allison was wonderful with all of her recommendations!! Would absolutely stay here again.

"Our stay was simply fabulous! The house is spectacular, with all the spaces perfectly distributed, which makes the experience very comfortable and functional. In addition, the property has a great swimming pool, and access to the beach is an unbeatable plus. On the other hand, the house is fully equipped with everything you need to ensure a cozy and carefree stay. Totally recommended for those looking to spend a few incredible days!"

Probably the best house in Buenaventura! Beach front and 15mts away from the hotel amenities (which you can use!). The combination of those 2 things plus the beautiful house and pool made it perfect.

Buenaventura is one of our favorite places to stay in Panama. This house is located right beside the pool area of the resort. You can eat lunch at the resort or hang out at the swim up bar. The house is very big and very nice and has plenty of room to just hang out with a large family or group. Allison was very helpful in responding to any questions that we had. Great place to relax and enjoy time with family and friends. We will be going back.
