Ubicación
Lomas de Cuernavaca es una comunidad residencial segura al sur de Cuernavaca, conocida por su clima cálido y sus agradables piscinas. La villa está ubicada en la Avenida Palmira, aproximadamente a 15 minutos del centro de Cuernavaca. Anteriormente, la zona era conocida como la Zona Dorada de la ciudad y está asociada con residencias de artistas.
El espacio
Ubicada dentro de una comunidad cerrada con acceso controlado, Villa Mimosas ocupa un terreno de más de 1,000 metros cuadrados. La propiedad fue diseñada para reuniones familiares, celebraciones, privacidad y pasar tiempo con amigos.
La casa principal cuenta con arquitectura y decoración mexicanas contemporáneas. En la entrada encontrarás un recibidor y un medio baño. Seis escalones hacia el norte conducen al área de las habitaciones, que se mantiene fresca durante todo el año debido a su orientación.
La villa también incluye amplias áreas de sala y comedor donde los huéspedes pueden reunirse cómodamente. La cocina abierta y totalmente equipada conecta con una terraza, un lugar agradable para desayunar mientras vigilas a los niños en el jardín.
Hacia el sur, la propiedad se abre a un amplio jardín, una piscina y una palapa. La palapa incluye una parrilla, un bar y una pantalla de televisión, lo que permite disfrutar de música hasta entrada la noche sin molestar a quienes duermen en las cómodas habitaciones ubicadas en el extremo opuesto de la propiedad.
La villa cuenta con seis habitaciones, cada una con baño completo privado, ventilador y aire acondicionado cuando sea necesario. Una sala de televisión entre las habitaciones ofrece un espacio cómodo para que los niños y las familias disfruten juntos de una película.

What a beautiful house! An excellent place to spend a few days with family or friends. The pictures don't show how comfortable and clean it is. The pool was super nice, the lawn was perfect, the rooms and bathrooms were sparkling, and the service was unbeatable. Really, highly recommended! We will definitely come back.

The house is super nice, the garden and pool are incredible, the bedrooms are good, and the location is in a safe subdivision, south of downtown Cuernavaca. My only recommendation would be A/C or fans in the living room of the house because the heat does get concentrated, but Luis was definitely very nice, as was Geli. I would stay at this house again.

Our stay in the house was wonderful. It is very comfortable and beautiful. Better than in the photos! Both Luis and Geli were always friendly and helpful before and during our stay. Everything was very clean and pleasant. Highly recommended!

Everything is very good: the house, the garden, the lawn, the kitchen, the barbecue, etc. We had a great time. We watched World Cup games, had a swimming pool, a barbecue, and everything went smoothly.

My friends and I were super comfortable. The people who take care of the house are super attentive. Geli is very nice and was always attentive. We hired the food service, and the girls were very friendly and everything was very tasty.

My stay was very nice. The house is very spacious and beautiful. We really enjoyed the pool, as it's a very good size, and we really liked that all the rooms have their own bathroom. Additionally, the host was very friendly and attentive before our arrival.

A beautiful house to rest and have fun. In a quiet and private area, with many services and shops nearby. Luis was very friendly and communicated with me well in advance for the check-in details. We felt taken care of. The house is in excellent condition, equipped and impeccably clean – much better than what you see in the photos. Their garden is beautiful, and you can see the care with which they treat the property. Very well cared for by Geli, the house caretaker – she's super friendly. If you have the opportunity to use the additional cooking service – do it! – you will find proactive, clean people with excellent seasoning. There is room for 4 parked cars, and we were given the option to recharge an electric car at an additional cost – an extra that is appreciated for this type of car. If you are considering this house for your vacation with family or friends... don't think twice, this is it!
