What a beautiful home. With all the newer and development in the area, it’s easy to find modern homes and apartment buildings. But thia house was particularly Mexican throughout. The views were nothing short of stunning at all times of the day. Even though the house is on Rocky shore, and you can’t really access the water directly in front of the house, it was almost better that way. It meant that the ocean view was un obstructed by people for the most part. We’d have like five pastors by in a day as opposed to the hundreds that would’ve been there had been Sandy Beach. The pool is huge for a family and very well maintained. They also have staff that take care of the grounds and the house almost every day. Many Airbnb‘s have laundry in the house, which is great. But, this one had laundry service. Both half moon bay and akumal bay beaches are a 10ish minute walk away and there are restaurants around too. Cenotes and other activists are all within a 5-20 minute drive too!

Our group had the best stay at Nicte Ha! The house was beautiful and the services provided made everything all the easier. Akumal is the sweetest town with easy access to so many fun activities whether you stay in the town itself or drive to nearby cenote's and/or ruins. Easy access to Playa Del Carmen and Tulum as well if you want to spend time in the city.

Two families with children stayed and had a blast! The house was large with beautiful views from multiple balconies. Mari the housekeeper was amazing as was Jose the house manager. We had two nights of fantastic meals prepared by Antonio and Carlos our chefs (the Veracruz fish was to die for). Short walks to restaurants and the beach. The pool was a great size - just wished it was warmer (it is not heated and pretty chilly) but we still made do and had a lot of fun. One of our favorite spots was the palapa with the hammocks. One of our favorite days was headed to the nearby lagoon for snorkeling and swimming.

Everything was outstanding. We were completely impressed with the property and attentiveness of the staff. Communication was supreme. The house is located in a spot where things are accessible within walking distance.
