Con una generosa extensión de 1,208 metros cuadrados (13,000 pies cuadrados), los huéspedes disfrutan de una casa principal con cuatro habitaciones con vista al mar, sala de entretenimiento y estar, comedor y cocina gourmet con barra para desayunos; salón y comedor al aire libre, y piscina privada frente al océano.
A pocos pasos, a través del patio, se encuentra una casita con una quinta habitación y baño privado para huéspedes adicionales.
Para garantizar comodidad personal, un mayordomo exclusivo de la villa estará disponible para atender las solicitudes de los huéspedes.
Pago: 50% al momento de la reserva, 50% siete días antes del check-in.

First off let me just say this place is awesome!!! The location is fantastic, you are a stones throw away from a very nice private beach. The pool is perfect for cooling off or enjoying a drink in. The house is amazing. But what really made this stay amazing was the staff. We traveled with a party of 14. 1 infant, 2 toddlers, 3 teenagers, and a bunch of adults. This is an all inclusive experience, they cook for you, clean up after you, plan outings, basically whatever you need. (They will also give your son however many chocolates bars he asks for…:)But what makes this place special is the people. Emily and Matt helped us navigate getting to Nicaragua, from COVID requirements, to arranging airport pick up. Once we arrived, Victor(the butler) was cheerful and made sure we had anything we needed. While we were there Victor and Juan went out of there way to make friends with my 3 year old son and treated him like he was their own son. Juan (the chef) will cook whatever you ask him to and let me tell you, it will be delicious! He was always very attentive to wether we needed a stack or smoothie. Hazel the house keeper was always willing to grab our 3 month old even when he was fussy. Every morning she made sure the rooms were clean and we had fresh towels if we needed. Rafael (Hazels husband the grounds keeper and driver) was always very helpful. Always willing to take a load off your hands or drive you to go golf or to go out on the boat. Kathrine the baby sitter worked soooo hard to entertaining the Toddlers and make sure my wife and I had some quite times! By the time we left they all felt like family. My son especially already misses Juan and Victor. Overall this was an incredible trip and we are hoping to come back and spend some more time at this wonderful place!
