The house is very nice and fully equipped. It's easy to get to, and you can find anything you need very close by. Downtown is also very close, less than a 5-minute drive. The service during the time we were there was excellent. The pool was perfectly clean, and there was always someone to check the temperature.

The photos don't do the house justice; it's a great place to rest and spend time with family, secluded from the aforementioned hustle and bustle. The garden is surrounded by trees, and the pool temperature is more than pleasant. I definitely recommend it!

The house is beautiful; it's a place where you can relax, have fun, and enjoy a wonderful time. Everything was super clean and tidy. We were fascinated by the pool with warm water. We brought an older adult who enjoyed it very much. Ms. Reyna is a very friendly, hardworking person who helped us with everything we needed in the kitchen. Just bring your groceries, and she will help you. We had a fabulous time. There is an Oxxo nearby where you can go to buy whatever you need. A 10 for security. I highly recommend it!!

Very nice house of rest. Mr. Francisco is always attentive with the directions before arriving at the house. The house is very spacious and all spaces are very much enjoyed. We spent the year in the house with a temperate/cold climate and the pool was very much enjoyed. The boiler always kept the temperature of the pool very nice. Mrs. Reina is always attentive supporting in the kitchen and keeping all the spaces very clean. Really a rest house with everything you need.

La Casa de Francisco is ideal to spend a few days relaxing with the family. The house is spacious and with everything you need to have a good time. It has wifi. It has wifi, and the pool if you request that you take it, it is the best, because it is always very warm, the house is always clean and Mrs. Reyna is always attentive to the needs of the guests. The stay was very pleasant

The pool is excellent in summer season, consider using the caldera in autumn-winter season

Excellent host

The house is inside a private community so it guarantees security! It's a very, very nice house and super spacious. We requested the pool with hot water and it was perfect for the weather. The lady who helps around the house is very helpful and friendly. Just make sure you bring everything you need to cook there and she'll help you (you tip her, okay!) :-) And the host Francisco, not to mention, is the most attentive person and always making sure that your stay is 100%. If you want to forget about the city and go enjoy some family time, this is the option. We will definitely be back. Thank you Francisco for always being so accessible in everything ;-)
