Rocks and Waves

This house is beyond anything we could have imagined. The most pristine and picturesque views of the Pacific from every room. Quiet and calm, beautifully maintained. Armando and Yasmina are so lovely and helpful; Yasmina made our family delicious dinners every night that my kids adored. Armando was responsive and quick to pick us up/take us to all local beaches and things in town. This place is unbelievable and we were lucky to have such an incredible week there (3 teens) with our family. Thank you

Quelle maison magnifique. Tout correspond parfaitement et la relation avec l’accueil a été parfaite. Tout le monde est au petit soin. Je suis sur Airbnb depuis + de 15 ans sur différents continent et je n’ai jamais eu une maison pareil. Je recommande ++++

Great place to stay with amazing views! From the moment we were greeted by the house crew, we felt truly welcomed. Yasmina and Hermando were always there to help—whether it was bringing in groceries, entertaining our child, cooking, or being flexible when we needed it. The house is spacious and very comfortable, with million-dollar views. It’s also fully equipped with everything you could need—from cookware to a ping-pong table. It was a bit hot outside at the end of the dry season, so we especially enjoyed the infinity pool, which was the perfect temperature. We would absolutely come back again!

Our stay at Ksenia’s place was simply perfect! As other reviews mentioned, the house looks just as amazing in person. Clean, modern, comfortable, the most beautiful views & it’s completely private, and yet still a few minutes drive to the main town and all the restaurants, which the host provides recommendations for. Our caretakers Yasmina & Armando were wonderful, very attentive and every time we would leave/arrive at the house, they would come out in the driveway to greet us and check if we needed anything. Definitely recommend staying here, 10/10!

What a perfect trip. House was beautiful, we don’t know what we’ll miss more: being in the routine of mornings at the large pool and afternoons at the top floor pool, watching the sunset every night from the couch, waking up to the sunrise with floor to ceiling windows daily, Jasmine (housekeeper) breakfast & dinner (highly recommend she makes Arroz Guado) Armando (housekeeper) being a ninja driver - it felt as if as soon as we were ready to come home, he was there in a minute, Jasmine & Armando’s babysitting skills (our 4 year old and 5 month old) which allowed for 3 consecutive date nights…. We haven’t done that in 4 years haha. This was such a great trip celebrating my husbands 40th. The house was super clean, KSenia was a super speedy communicator with great recommendations. We hope to be back!

WOW! AMAZING! SPECTACULAR! We LOVED staying at Ksenia's house in San Juan Del Sur The house was goegeous with spectacular ocean views. The kitchen, bedrooms and accomodations were top notch. And nothing can beat sunset in the infinity pool. If you ever have a need to stay in San Juan you should not pass this up. Ksenia was a great resource for all things. She responded immediately to any requests or questions we had. The house manager Denis was always available for any needs we had. Can't wait to get back!

The place is outstanding. So peaceful, in front of the ocean. The house itself is also outstanding. Super comfortable, well furnished, super well maintained. The hosts are extremely responsive and helpful. And the people taking care of the house are doing an outstanding job. Absolutely nothing negative to say about the whole experience…
