It was a great vacation overall in a very nice location. There were some hiccups in between but we still made the most out of our trip. Walking into the listing there were stains everywhere on the couch, curtains, chairs and beds. Everything is beige/grey so it is very easy to see stains from past guests. The property manager did respond quickly to maintenance issues we encountered during our stay which was appreciated. Guests downstairs saw multiple roaches in the bedroom area so be aware. However, we did feel safe in the complex, loved the pool and still enjoyed our stay.

It was really excellent: the location, the rooms, the pool, the space where we all fit, and the price was super good! The bad: the aircon in the living room/kitchen didn't cool 100%, the aircon in the TV room didn't work at all, the door in that same room fell on us. Fortunately, my husband is a carpenter and was able to repair it. We took it as a gesture of thanks since they let us stay 2 more hours until our flight left ☺️

Everything was perfect. The only issue was that we ran out of water on the last day, but a water truck came the next day very early. There was also a problem with the bathroom screen, which they fixed right away.

Our stay was great, super peaceful! We pretty much had the pool to ourselves, and Oxxo and Fresko (a supermarket) were both walkable. Overall, my family was happy with our stay and we'll definitely be back.
