Cinco Palms sits on a double lot, providing privacy and plenty of room to relax. The entire property is exclusively yours, with no shared pool area.

The villa features three master suites, each with a queen bed and a private bathroom. Step out onto the patio to enjoy the inviting pool and hot tub.

Architectural highlights include mesquite doors, brick domed ceilings, and stunning ocean views that create a timeless and welcoming atmosphere.

The fully equipped gourmet kitchen includes a 36-inch Italian Bertazzoni range and a Subzero refrigerator, perfect for preparing meals.

Air conditioning is available in all three bedrooms and the living room. The kitchen and dining areas are open to outdoor living spaces, reflecting the hacienda style.

Location

Cinco Palms is ideally situated just 15 minutes from San Jose del Cabo, offering easy access to shops, cafes, and dining. It is also close to popular surfing spots, including Shipwrecks Beach (20 minutes away) and East Cape Beach (3 minutes away).

Nearby farm-to-table restaurants Flora Farms and Acre are within a short distance, providing excellent dining options.

Guest Access

Guests have full access to the entire villa and grounds during their stay.

Important Notes

• All children must be able to swim.
• The villa accommodates up to six guests. Please ensure you provide the correct number of guests when booking, as rates vary based on occupancy due to additional water, propane, cleaning, and maintenance costs.
• Hot tub usage is limited to two hours daily because of propane costs. Additional time can be arranged with the groundskeeper, Luis, who is unavailable on weekends.
• The villa emphasizes outdoor living, so air conditioning is limited to bedrooms and the living room. This should be considered when booking during hotter months, especially September and October.
• Renting a car is highly recommended. The beach is approximately a 15-minute walk through hilly terrain, and having a vehicle will provide greater convenience and mobility.
