The Space
This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment is located directly across from Tamarindo Beach and comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests with the addition of two sofa beds. The unit offers easy access to the beach and features a large shared pool.
Inside, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, high-speed internet, and a private balcony. The condo will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before your arrival. Luggage drop-off is available at our offices.
Location
Situated in the heart of Tamarindo, the condo is just steps from the beach. It is part of the Sunrise condominium complex, which boasts a Spanish hacienda-style design. The complex includes 24-hour security, secure parking, and an oversized pool.
The location is ideal, with numerous restaurants, bars, shops, surf shops, a bank, casino, and internet café all within walking distance. Playa Tamarindo, a popular surf spot, is right across the street. Despite being centrally located, the Sunrise complex remains quiet, safe, and private.

Each unit at Sunrise is modern and tastefully decorated. Central air conditioning keeps the condo cool and comfortable. Selected units offer ocean views from the terrace.

Guest Access
Guests have full access to the entire property. Tamarindo is approximately one hour from Liberia Airport. Shuttle services and car rentals can be arranged through us with special rates and discounts.
Once in Tamarindo, informal taxi services are available, or you can rent an ATV to explore nearby beaches about 30 minutes away.
Additional Information
Our concierge team is ready to assist with all aspects of your travel, including airport shuttles, car rentals, grocery delivery, chef services, and tours or activities.
Pack ‘n Play cribs, highchairs, and other amenities are available for an additional fee.

Great location and the condo is very nice, all the comforts of home. Decor is great and beds are very comfortable. The patio and pool are awesome. Walk to restaurants and shops.

This condo has a great location and they were very helpful with setting up a excursions and shuttles. There was a miscommunication with the driver on the way home and we almost missed our flight but overall it was a very positive experience!

Just spectacular. The place is amazing, with everything you might need for a perfect stay. Every detail is thought out with great care and dedication. In addition, the host was super friendly, always available and with very quick answers to any questions or needs we had. He allowed us to check in early for our baby, which we greatly appreciated. And as if that weren't enough... he left us a gift! In all the places I've stayed, nothing like this has ever happened to me. We went for the Tamarindo race and we couldn't have chosen better: the finish line was right in front of the accommodation! We really don't have enough words to thank and congratulate. We would definitely stay here again!

This was a very well located condo in Tamarindo. Close to restaurants, shops, and most importantly the beach. The unit is fully stocked with everything you can think of. We probably overpacked because we didn’t realize there would be so much there. Overall, the complex is well maintained and has security. We felt safe with our five children. Just to keep thus review authentic and provide a little feedback, the pool could’ve used some umbrellas for shade and the wifi doesn’t reach, but otherwise everything was wonderful.
