One of the best Airbnbs we have rented. Seemed newly renovated. Very clean. Property was in great shape. Love that each bedroom had its own full bathroom. Well appointed with everything that we needed. Host was super responsive whenever we reached out. Concierge very valuable too. Great location. Walkable to everything in Tamarindo and far enough off the main drag to avoid the noise. Easy access to the beach. Nice little pool for a quick cool off.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful three-floor condo. The space was upgraded, very clean, and smelled fresh when we arrived, which made it feel welcoming right away.

The layout worked well for us (2 couples). The master bedroom is on the third floor (about 25 steps up), which gives it great privacy—but it definitely turns into a bit of a workout when you forget something upstairs! The two bedrooms on the second floor were also gorgeous, comfortable, and nicely decorated.

The location is fantastic, with restaurants, stores, a gym, and the beach all close by.

The pool and grounds were always tidy thanks to Francisco, the groundskeeper who kept everything looking great. If you're lucky, you'll get to meet the 3 Iguanas who live in the large tree on the property.

The only small drawback was that conversations tended to carry when sitting on the third-floor balcony.

Overall, we highly recommend this condo. It’s clean, comfortable, well maintained, and in a great location

This place was super clean and modern. Very well finished. The extra washrooms were great, the laundry room-and the water system was all brand new and really nice (not always the case when you rent in Tamarindo).

Easily accommodated the 5 people we had in our group. Three separate, private bedrooms and washrooms!

Plus one extra washroom on the ground floor near kitchen and living room.

Anton’s place was amazing! We appreciated having our own laundry set up in the unit. Having a fridge with water filtration and ice was so fantastic! We also really loved the pool. We would recommend this place 100%. Clean and comfy! Also modern. We walked everyday to shops, restaurants and the beach.

This place was excellent as described. The host was very responsive. Great location for Taramindo walkable to all downtown amenities.

Thank you, for the experience the apartment is a piece of heaven in the paradise. We enjoy the silence and neighbor around us. The beach is like 5 minutes walking also the downtown. It's a nice place to stay with the family or friends. We wish we came back. Anton was the nicest host the communication was good and of the indications about the were clear. Thank you for everything 5 stars.

Our experience at this place was extremely pleasant. The place is very nice, comfortable and fully equipped, which made our stay really easy and pleasant. Access is easy, everything was impeccably clean and you can see the care in every detail.

In addition, the host was extremely attentive, thoughtful and completely exceeded our expectations of the service. We felt very comfortable from the very first moment. We definitely recommend this place and are very grateful for the hospitality. We hope to be back soon!

We had a great experience at this Airbnb. The place is very comfortable, clean and well located, ideal for resting and enjoying the surroundings. The Host was very kind and always attentive to our needs. We definitely recommend it and would return without hesitation!

Perfectly clean, great location. Pool lovely. Utilities great. Anton was super helpful when we had a small crisis.

If it sounds too good to be true, it is. I personally attest to the “amazingness” of this property as witnessed two weeks ago. First, the modern decor, its bedroom spaces each including work stations. The distance to beach, et al, made sunset every night a tradition. The ambience made it seem more hotel, less airbnb. And our host made our stay all the more memorable. Our space, in fact, was so nice, we extended twice.

If it’s available, consider yourself lucky. We all felt like we won the Tamarindo lottery. And our two teenagers didn’t have one complaint.

PS- the pool pics do not do it justice. Some nights i’d float forever listening to the birds and being mesmerized by the night sky. (All the while, seeing the entrance to the condo door, a mother’s dream come true.)

Great place, good standard.

The stay was very pleasant. The place is very downtown. Super tidy and clean. Comfortable. My kids loved having their own desk. Comfortable beds. If I were to return to Tamarindo, I would definitely stay in the same place.

This is the most beautiful Airbnb I've rented in my life. The apartment was neat and freshly renovated. Walking distance from all services and activity. I recommend it and will definitely go back.

5 stars across the board! The place was so clean didn’t see any bugs inside. Place was 5 min walk to beach and 5-20 min walk to restaurants depending where you wanna go. Stephanie was very helpful and responded really quickly. During the stay I got locked out of the safe in my room because I put the wrong code and she came by to unlock it! Very much appreciated. Would definitely stay here again!

Overall the place was amazing. Each bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom was great. Totally modern, and updated, strong water pressure and hot water. The washer and dryer was a must have. The only thing I would say was missing is some beach chairs because Tamarindo is extremely, extremely expensive, especially for anyone with a negative US $ exchange rate and beach chairs are $30+ US per day. The pool at the condo was also amazing to have and was clear and clean but once again not enough chairs to support the population of the condo. One final note for elderly people or people travelling with elderly people, the stairs will be a lot for them, especially someone staying in the upper bedroom. The host also assisted in finding us a transfer tune from the airport and provided us with a concierge service that was overly accommodating in providing recommendations for restaurants, beaches, etc., as well as recommending and arranging any excursions we are interested in. Thanks again!

Everything was great! A good place for a large group and family, and the fact that each room had its own bathroom helped a lot.

Our stay was amazing, the condo was perfect due to its location and our ability to wall to the beach, shopping and restaurants. The pool was very refreshing and we felt very safe.
