Guest Access

The villa is located in a private property in the Coatepeque Lake area. Privacy and security are fully guaranteed.

• Private parking is available for up to five properly parked cars.
• Alternative boat check-in is available as an additional service and must be arranged in advance.
• Airport pickup and drop-off can be arranged upon request.
• A total of 125 stairs lead to the property. Please consider this before booking, as the villa may not be suitable for older adults or children without proper supervision.

Security Requirements

For security purposes, the complex management requires the following information before arrival:

• Front and back photos of all guests’ identification documents
• Vehicle license plate numbers

This information must be shared through WhatsApp or the booking chat. This requirement is mandatory.

House Rules and Fees

• Schedule modifications: $50 per hour
• Unauthorized guests: $200 per person, per night
• Clogged toilet: $85 fee. Do not dispose of anything in the toilet.
• Day-pass visitors are not allowed.
• Parties are not permitted. Violations may result in a $500 penalty imposed by complex security.
• Smoking is not permitted. Violations may result in a $300 penalty.
• Unauthorized pets are subject to a $100 penalty.
• Loud music is not permitted after 10:00 p.m. Violations may result in a $200 penalty imposed by complex security.
• Disrespectful behavior toward any staff member may result in a $1,500 penalty.
