The Space

Casa Lucia is a luxury vacation home situated on a quiet beach just minutes from San José del Cabo. It accommodates up to 16 guests and offers private access to a pool, jacuzzi, and beachfront.

This property is one of the few upscale homes in the area known locally as "El Encanto." It provides an ideal location—only ten minutes from town—allowing you to avoid crowded beaches and tourist spots while remaining close enough to enjoy popular dining venues like Flora Farms and Acre. A short drive brings you back to town for events such as the Thursday Art Walk or tacos at La Lupita.

The balconies and outdoor spaces at Casa Lucia offer exceptional views. Guests often spot whales and playful manta rays while gazing over the clear blue waters of the Sea of Cortez.

Inside, you can enjoy a catered meal or prepare your own using the indoor and outdoor kitchens available in the main house.

Bedrooms and Living Areas

• The spacious Master Suite features a seating area, a large desk, and a luxurious en suite bathroom with a jetted tub and bidet. This suite is located privately on one side of the home and is accessible via stairs or a pneumatic elevator for added convenience. Relax on the balcony while watching the sunset or enjoy a movie on the suite’s private television.

• Another beachfront bedroom includes a king-size bed, a "Jack and Jill" bathroom, and a desk suitable for work or creative pursuits like writing or painting.

• There are three additional bedrooms, each with king-size beds and desks, sharing an extra full bathroom.

Casitas

Behind the main house, near the garage, are two casitas:

• The lower casita is a studio-style unit with a king-size bed, television, a small kitchen, and laundry facilities available upon request.

• The upper casita is a one-bedroom suite featuring a living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a double vanity, a walk-in closet, and a queen-size sleeper sofa.

Outdoor Amenities

The pool and beachfront area are highlights of the property. Features include:

• Numerous loungers for sunbathing
• An outdoor kitchen with ample seating for poolside meals
• A hot tub perfect for relaxing with a drink while watching the sunset
• A gas fireplace with built-in seating to enjoy the sound of waves on warm, starry evenings

Beach access is just steps away through a secured beachfront door and staircase.

Guest Access

Guests have exclusive use of the entire home during their stay. The property is not shared with others.
