Beautiful house, great location, very responsive host! Will definitely be coming back as you can’t beat this spot

We had an incredible stay with three generations of our family—there was truly something for everyone. The location is spectacular, right on the beach, yet the home feels completely private despite nearby houses. We enjoyed amazing wildlife views, including whales, jumping stingrays, and even wandering beach burros. The house is beautifully appointed, with a chef’s kitchen better stocked than we could have imagined. Everything is seamlessly controlled via iPad (lights, thermostat, music), and it all worked perfectly. The outdoor space is a standout, with a full kitchen and a large dining table overlooking the ocean—perfect for group meals. The home also includes great beach gear (paddle boards, games, high-quality chairs and umbrellas), and access to a high-end gym just a five-minute walk away. A truly special place—we would absolutely return.

for a large families to get together or a group of friends, it is absolute beautiful house located in a great location the pool the rooms the house. Everything was fantastic. Really enjoyed our day. Jenifer is a great host. Communicated well and responded. Instantly we were a group of a eight people and we enjoyed our Super Bowl weekend. Had a fantastic time. May seem expensive, but you get what you pay for quality.

Truly wonderful! The house is immaculate and has everything you could need. It’s tough to mention everything - our group loved cooking in the especially well-appointed kitchen, days by the pool, nights at the fire pit, walks on the beach, and plenty of comfortable, well-organized space for everyone.

Everything about Jennifer's home was perfect for our extended family getaway! We had several young kids and adults in our group and the house never felt crowded. The beach is steps away and perfect for walking.

Jennifer and her team do a tremendous job with managing this property. We had a group of 16 to celebrate a 30th birthday and everybody has a wonderful time. Would definitely recommend staying here with a large group for a special trip!

Jennifer, Thank you so much for hosting at your beautiful beachfront casa. The 11 of us had a wonderful time enjoying the spacious outdoor area, pool by day and hot tub & firepit by night. The amenities were the best we've experienced of the many rentals we've shared worldwide. We really appreciated the condition and cleanliness, your care for the home reflected throughout. The daily afternoon "whale show" was outstanding, a few days the whales were frolicking in the surf only a few yards from the beach! At any given time, you could scan the water and see no less than a few dozen spouts and an occasional breach. I also appreciated you quick responses to my questions prior to arrival and your recommendations of restaurants and local events.
