The location couldn't be better, the hosts are always available to answer any questions, and the house is very nice, with good spaces. I would definitely stay here again.

Lau and her family are incredibly responsive. When we asked for some additional and slightly more comfortable terrace furniture Lau show up the next day and helped carry the furniture to the roof! This was very important to us because the house is wonderful, but there are two areas to gather in the kitchen and on the patio. The house is located in a private and calm side street but close to everything. The bedrooms are ample and spacious and the cleaning service is fabulous. We took the house for a month which includes several free cleaning(s) and there was weekly pick up of the garbage. The terrace has amazing views and we were very happy there. There is a micro wave and importantly, a really nice bbq on the roof terrace which we used several times. Looking forward to our next stay at the house.

Very nice location with plenty of bedrooms. I enjoyed the house but must admit the showers were a big disappointment, with the water spraying in all sorts of random directions and it would take a long time to shower. Also the first floor has a totally isolated bedroom which I guess was ok for us but still a little weird. Overall a large family would probably get a lot of value from it and it's location was absolutely ideal.

The accommodation was very comfortable for the family, each with the necessary privacy and ease of access on their own. The location and security of the place are excellent. And Lau was attentive.

Great place to stay while in Oaxaca with a big group of friends or family. Everything was straight forward. Walkable to the centro.

Beautiful home with an amazing view from the terrace! Fantastic location next to the parks and a fantastic markets like La Cosecha. It would be great to return :-)

Very good location for walking to tourist attractions in downtown Oaxaca. Always attentive to questions and in general the place was very clean and tidy.
