2BR Villa in Hacienda Pinilla

The house is excellent. It has everything you need to cook and have a very relaxing time. The drawback is that the condominium is not registered for Beach Club membership, so we had to pay $45.00 per person to be able to use the facilities and pool of the Beach Club, which is facing the ocean. The $45.00 IS NOT FOR FOOD AND DRINK, so everything you eat or drink is extra, which makes it very expensive when you add this cost to the price you pay for the apartment.

The Villa is very well maintained. Communication with Viktor was very good. Everything was excellent.

Great location and a luxurious house. My family and I really enjoyed staying at your property. It was comfortable, clean, and quiet. We will definitely be back! I would recommend that first-time guests bring enough groceries, as the nearest stores are about a 20-minute drive away. That said, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need during your stay.

Awesome place! Was well worth the money. The beds were super comfortable. Place was really clean. And viktor and his team were very responsive and had all the answers to my questions!

The Villa is beautiful and clean, exactly as shown in the photos. The hosts responses were immediate (thank you Ericka for wonderful restaurant recommendations)! We loved breakfast at Sol in Tamarindo and having drinks during sunset at LoLa’s right on the beach! The kitchen is well equipped to enjoy the homemade meals we prepared. The only disappointment was the community pool being under construction and unable to access. But of course we enjoyed the beaches being so close and even used the pool at the JW Marriott next door. Usually you would have to pay, but we had lunch at one of their restaurants and maybe for that reason they didn’t question us using their pool. It was extremely hot during our visit so we were grateful for the pool and for the AC in the Villa! Would welcome the opportunity to stay here again!
