Aunque ambos pisos comparten la piscina, usted tendrá acceso exclusivo a este nivel. También se puede alquilar la casa completa de 6 pisos si busca un espacio más grande. Cada piso tiene su propio estacionamiento y entrada privada.

We got up at 5:30 to watch the birds. We saw several species and also frogs, cicadas, raccoons, and even coatis. We recommend the apartment.

We absolutely loved this place. It feels right in the heart of nature but only a short distance to all the main points of interests. The apartments is very spacious and lovely, we felt at home immediately. The kitchen is well equipped and the whole apartment looks and feels great. Thanks to Jordan for his help, he was a fantastic host!!!

Jordan (co host) was an amazing and very responsive host. Helped us with whatever we needed. The place was spotless from the moment we walked in and any issue we had during the stay was swiftly resolved. The property looks even better than the pictures and is quite spacious. I would say the only thing to keep in mind is the unfinished roads leading to the property, but this posting made that apparent beforehand! Overall amazing stay and amazing value. You are close to the beach engulfed in a lush villa, truly spectacular! 11/10

The published photos of the accommodation really don't do it justice. It's much nicer. The spaces in the house are very spacious, the view from the terrace is spectacular, and the surrounding jungle is impressive. We loved it!

This home was the perfect location for us to access our planned tours and activities. John and Jordan were very helpful in all aspects of our stay from booking to aspects of the home and beyond. We experienced a couple power outages which we knew ahead can happen in Manuel Antonio. We enjoyed the pool as well. I think our whole party would agree, we would certainly recommend to anyone looking into a beautiful affordable home close to so much.

Excellent experience. The place is exactly as shown in the photos: very clean, tidy and with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Communication with the hosts was always prompt and friendly. We stayed with three Italian friends who were visiting Costa Rica for the first time, and they loved it. The property is immersed in the mountains, surrounded by nature and a great deal of tranquility. As soon as we arrived, we saw a sloth in a tree next to the balcony, which was unforgettable for everyone. We also saw coatis, monkeys, sea lions, butterflies and other local fauna. In addition, it is only a 10-minute drive from Manuel Antonio National Park, an ideal location for exploring the area. The pool is shared with the other apartment in the building, but it was never an inconvenience. Everything was very quiet and respectful. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy the nature and peace of Manuel Antonio.
