We had a pleasant stay in this condo! Very nice complex, close to the beach and so many restaurants nearby! I think there is room for improvement in some areas, the condo wasn't super clean when we got it. The cooking appliances weren't the best, but for basic cooking it got the job done. Throughout the condo & the rest of the complex, there were basic wear and tear that could be updated to improve the overall experience (broken ceiling tiles/etc.) The pool area is beautiful, but the temperature of the water was extremely warm. Overall, it was a great spot to chill for a week / explore Playa!

The unit had significant ceiling damage affecting the kitchen, entrance, and all bathrooms, including exposed ducting, broken drywall, and open ceiling cavities. This created safety concerns due to potential falling debris and did not match the listing photos or expected standards. While Airbnb provided a partial refund, the condition materially impacted most of our stay. I recommend confirming that repairs have been completed before booking. Hosts was also reluctant to get it fix and downplaying the situation even after telling her we had a 4 yr old child.

The unit is advertised by ABNB and Angle as "Brand New", while the unit is 8+ years old and showing signs of wear. The location is great for access to beach and 5th Avenue but the noise from local bars was incredibly loud. The music started around 3 pm and lasted until at least midnight. The noise from one bar across the street was so loud that you could not carry on a normal conversation on the balcony. We could not keep any balcony doors open due to the level of noise. We were not alone with this issue, as many guests of Oceana Residences felt the same way. We would never stay at Oceana Residences again because of the noise, although the proximity to beach and attractions were great. We also enjoyed having complimentary loungers and umbrellas at Mamitas Beach Club through our reservation.

Very comfortable and spacious. As described and as per the pictures. We had an issue with the air conditioning but Angel and the team were very responsive and dealt with the issue very well. Great location, close to 5th avenue and free access to manitas beach club. Would highly recommend, we really enjoyed our stay. Thanks again Angel.

Very good service from the people who are in charge of assisting you when you arrive at the apartment, Salvador and Abner. Upon arrival we had a problem with the assigned apartment, but they resolved it. Communication with the two of them was very good, they responded practically 24/7. The property is very good, the location is even better, being 1 block from the beach and 2 blocks from 5th Avenue makes everything much more comfortable. We had a rented van and the establishment has a space in a private parking lot, that is also very helpful. The only thing that was lacking was communication with Angel through Airbnb.

Great vacation. The apartment is very nice, super well located, comfortable and close to everything. Angel as a very decisive host, his very attentive support staff, always gave us a response in everything and made clear the rules of the condominium and the apartment. Highly recommended this place and would definitely stay here again.
