Garden House, a high-end studio by the beach
High-end studio just two blocks from the beach and walking distance to the town center were all restaurants, shops , and tourist attractions are located. Garden House is an architectural masterpiece published in Dwell magazine. Teak wood ceilings bring natural illumination to the interior space and big sliding doors open to the balcony vegetative wall which is the main feature of the house. Modern built-in cabinetry and quartz countertops create a sense of cleanness and minimalistic space.

Great location - 5mins walk to the beach and nice restaurants in Tamarindo area. Rodolfo allowed us early check in and late check out to accommodate our toddler’s nap. He also kept some Lego so our toddler could be occupied which was so thoughtful. Small but mighty studio which has everything you’ll need and more for a comfortable stay.

Excellent place to stay in Tamarindo. Modern and stylish home with all the amenities needed to enjoy the beach . Perfect location only 2 blocks away from the beach and the main shopping and restaurant center of tamarindo. Rodolfo was a great host, giving clear and proactive instructions.

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful garden house. Rodolfo and Agustina were very communicative and very flexible. They gave us recommendations before and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay, and offered us early check in and late check out. The space and location are great. A very large and private studio with everything you need for your stay, only two blocks away from the beach and lots of restaurants and bars. The bed was firm, and the desk and couch provided places to chill out in between adventures. Some helpful additional information is that there was a required (and included in the price) cleaning mid-way through our week-long stay, that drinking the tap water is not recommended, and the shower pressure was pretty weak. It was secluded, but could be very loud. We probably would have been woken by the howler monkeys at dawn, no matter where we stayed in Tamarindo! Overall, we had a great stay at this beautiful garden house.
