Welcome to Casa Dulce, a unique beachfront home located on the Pacific Ocean in Jaco Beach, Costa Rica's premier party destination. This spacious 4,300 square foot residence is both family-friendly and ideal for celebrations. The entire home is fully air-conditioned for your comfort.

One of the standout features is the private beachfront swimming pool, offering breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean and unforgettable colorful sunsets.

The Space

Casa Dulce has built a reputation over more than five years for exceptional VIP service, attracting returning guests year after year. Situated in the heart of Jaco on one of the best beach sections, it is perfect for spending afternoons surfing and relaxing.

The outdoor area is well-suited for barbecuing fresh local fish and meat.

The property includes 9 bedrooms, fully furnished with all the amenities expected from a luxury beachfront rental, providing the comforts of home.

Adjacent Structure (Outside Access)

This separate building next to the main house entrance contains six additional bedrooms with direct outdoor access to the main house.

• First floor:
  • Bedroom 4: queen bed with private bathroom
  • Bedrooms 5 and 6: each with a double bed, sharing a Jack and Jill bathroom
• Second floor:
  • Bedrooms 7, 8, and 9: each with full bathrooms; bedroom 7 has two queen beds, bedroom 8 has one double bed, and bedroom 9 has two queen beds

• Casa Dulce Grande: Includes 16 bedrooms with 18 beds, a private oceanfront swimming pool, and balconies on the second and third floors overlooking the ocean. Features a large living room with a huge flat-screen TV, pool table, and foosball table.

Pre-booking tours is recommended and often part of the reservation process. Many tour operators provide pick-up service directly from Casa Dulce or Casa Dulce Grande.

• A refundable damage deposit of $500 is required.
• Three-night reservations are accepted if they fit the calendar or for an additional fee.
• A personal concierge is included to assist with vacation planning.
• Light daily maid service is provided.
