My family and I really enjoyed Kevin’s home! He was very responsive and accommodated my family. Peaceful area and close to the city center. It is a beautiful home and very nicely decorated. The rooms were a bit warm at times because of the humidity in the summer and rain. We would recommend this house to anybody. (:

The house is very large and very comfortable! In a very quiet, peaceful, and safe area, close to restaurants and the tourist area of Puerto Vallarta. Communication with Kevin was very good, and he was attentive to us during the days we were at his property!

Everything was great! We came in a group of 13 for my 40th birthday and the house accommodated all of our needs. I highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Puerto Vallarta.

We really liked the place. There were many rooms, and we liked the pool very much. The host or the caretaker always responded very quickly whenever we communicated.

Although the place is nice, it has many neglected areas. For the price we paid, it wasn't worth it. The air conditioning in the master bedroom didn't work, which caused 6 of my guests to no longer want to stay on the second day. The pool needs maintenance, as it has loose parts and some very sharp ones. Two people cut their feet. Inside it has a very nice pond and fountain, but it generates too many mosquitoes. They should provide some Raid. There are drainage problems in a planter, which lets water into the living room, causing a puddle of water inside. In short, I wouldn't rent it again.

Place was great. Peaceful area and a walk away to little shops and restaurants. Kevin was a great hosts. Very helpful and always responded my questions in mins. We were a group of 12 and never felt crowded. Felt right at home. Thank you for everything Kevin 🥰
