You are within walking distance of a variety of restaurants, bars, banks, stores, and coffee shops, yet the peaceful setting ensures a quiet retreat away from the city's noise.
A beach bus stop is just a five-minute walk from the property, providing an affordable and eco-friendly way to explore the area. The bus runs every 20 minutes and connects you to Manuel Antonio National Park and the town of Quepos, home to the Marina Pez Vela. Trips cost approximately one dollar each, and our concierge is available to assist you with this local service.
For those who prefer walking, the beach is reachable within 20 to 25 minutes on foot. Many guests enjoy the hike back as a form of exercise, while others choose the beach bus for a more relaxed return. The villa was amazing. It was appointed beautifully and the inside was pristine. The surrounding foliage was beautiful and couldn't be more centrally located from great restaurants and the park. I would highly recommend to anyone. Some stairs to get to the home but once you're there it was amazing! Wish we could have stayed longer.

We had a wonderful stay! Yosué was incredibly helpful from the moment we checked in and was always responsive throughout our stay. He also gave us some great recommendations that we really appreciated. The place was very clean, cozy, and comfortable, and having our own private pool was definitely one of the highlights. We would happily stay here again!

The house was wonderful! So clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked with all utensils and pots and pans! Location was also perfect, walking distance to shops, grocery and many many restaurants.

We had a great time staying at this property. It was beautiful, well kept, and had amazing ocean views. Our concierge Yosué, was super helpful with anything we needed during our stay and was very responsive to all of our questions. Highly recommend!

This place was amazing! From the minute you walked in the door there was no doubt it felt like home. It was very clean and well cared for. AC units in both bedrooms and one very high end unit in the family room that kept the entire place cool throughout the very humid days. Views from the deck were amazing even on rainy days. To top everything off we had 2 macaws come and join us for a few minutes everyday in the tree just off the back deck. I highly recommend staying here to anyone that comes to visit Costa Rica!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! With amazing views, a private pool, birds everywhere, monkeys to watch, all in a safe and private location, it was the perfect place. Yosué, the concierge went above and beyond to help us with our transportation needs.

This place is an absolute dream! Surrounded by nature and beautiful, mature bamboo, the ocean view is even better than described. The luxury furniture and incredible artwork throughout the house elevate the entire experience. It is easily a 10/10 stay, and we will definitely be back! Important note: The only two entrances to the villa require climbing more than 50 stairs. Keep this in mind if you are traveling with anyone who has mobility difficulties. Lovely place!! ❤️

We had a wonderful time at Villa Perezoso. The surrounding were absolutely beautiful. Our first morning we awoke to the sound of howler monkeys, and spotted squirrel monkeys, iguanas, and macaws from the deck, and as we walked to a nearby coffee shop. Yosue was the concierge and was very friendly, had good recommendations, and was very responsive to our questions and needs. It was reportedly hot and humid while we were here, but the villa was always very comfortable, and the condo was well appointed. The pool surrounded by nature and the gorgeous view was incredible.

John’s place was perfect for our family with young children! The view was wonderful and we loved pool time. The place was incredibly clean and we appreciated the daily cleaning and laundry. Yosue was very helpful and picked up groceries and booked tours for us.
