Very quiet and private place. The apartment is quite well equipped, clean and spacious. The only problem was that there was very little water pressure, which made it difficult to bathe or wash dishes.

Very nice place, everything was very good, it would have been excellent if it had not been for the refrigerator that did not work even though it was reported, it never froze and we had to discard some food

Beautiful place and location to stay , not far from restaurants and main attractions, clubs and adventure tours were great ! We did loose electricity but only because of the rain but they worked fast and was very prompt as they kept an open communication. We enjoyed the view and balcony , the beach was nice as well . The outside pools was great for a swim! Overalll my fiancé and I loved it ! I Definitely recommend this place ! It was also clean when we arrived .

Finding it was a little difficult. Very high security had to wait sometimes to open gate. Place was fabulous, only issue was low water pressure in showers and none in one and hot water took forever. Absolutely beautiful place.

The property is very comfortable, spacious and with the amenities for a good stay, apartment for 2 couples, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, the pool is very good and with spaces, access to the beach with security, the beach is not good, very strong waves, the area of the property is not very nice, nor good, they did not recommend driving at night or walking. The administration was present when we required it.

The property manager at this condo is horrible. I had quite a few concerns filthy floors, sliding door did not open, handle loose on other sliding door, broken blender. They sent someone to fix the blender. Unfortunately my son lost the key our second day, I messaged them immediately to get another one and the answered with a generic message and never got back to me so we could all not leave the condo at the same time for the rest of our stay. The condo is gorgeous and the view is incredible however it is next door to a party house so expect some loud music if it is occupied.

Beautiful suite with a perfect view of the ocean. The balcony had massive hammocks to lounge in and the pool was clean and the perfect temp. If im ever in Jaco I will stay again :)

The place is just as you can see in the photos, comfortable, spacious and a spectacular view. What was an inconvenience was the poor communication, the response to the inquiries was slow or even null, the initial instructions are not clear and they also send a giant text, rather than summarizing it with just the necessary and important, which can cause confusion. Check-in and check-out was zero flexible. Otherwise, I have no complaints.
