The Space
This Bali-inspired luxury villa is perched on a cliff with sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean. The great room features an open-air design that allows ocean breezes to flow through as you unwind and watch monkeys play around the property. Experience jungle living at its finest, right in the heart of Manuel Antonio.
All three bedrooms are air-conditioned and include private bathrooms. The spacious kitchen is equipped with a gas barbecue grill, making meal preparation effortless. Just steps from the pool, you'll find a pool house with a kitchenette for added convenience.
Upon entering the villa, you are welcomed by panoramic ocean views. The three suites are located below the main level and are accessible via wide stairs. Each suite is separated to ensure privacy, and there are multiple areas designed for small group gatherings.
Guest Access
Guests have exclusive use of all common areas within the home, with no sharing of spaces with other visitors.
Important Information About Your Stay
- For last-minute bookings within 60 days, maid service is provided every other day. Additional cleaning services can be arranged for $25 per day—please contact your host to schedule and for further details.
- Laundry facilities are not available for guest use.
- A cash deposit of up to $700, depending on group size, may be required at check-in to cover potential damages or missing items for last-minute reservations.
Pet Policy
- The villa can accommodate up to two small dogs.
- A pet damage security deposit ranging from $200 to $500 is required, depending on the number of dogs and their breed.

This airbnb is insanely gorgeous. There are multiple communal areas that are covered or not, which made the trip more pleasurable as the weather changes frequently. The pool was gorgeous, and the bathrooms were stocked with clean amenities. The calming island view is also unparalleled from the top patio, and every inch of ground is covered with tropical vegetation that attracts parrots, monkeys, and other animals -- amazing! The housekeeper and manager were lovely, and being able to contact someone in case of emergencies on Whatsapp proved to be essential. We would definitely come back again :)

Absolutely stunning house in the jungle, close to restaurants bars and beach. Great location with the most stunning surroundings and view of the sea. Would love to return one day 10/10

What an amazing home! The view, the ambience and the amenities make this home great. We were constantly torn between the many opportunities so close by and simply staying at the home to relax and enjoy visiting with friends. We’ll be back again someday!

This was by far one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed in. The house is enormous and there’s so much to explore. Couldn’t be happier or more relaxed after a wonderful stay at this house, plus Richie and crew were very accommodating and helpful. Definitely be aware that you will get many visits by monkeys, don’t leave the kitchen windows open or they WILL come take your bananas! 😛

Fernando’s place is amazing! Very clean and beautiful! The monkey’s come to visit in the morning and evening just make sure to lock the kitchen. Ricky took care of us as soon as we arrived. He is extremely helpful with anything you ask for! Amazing place I would stay here again.
