Adjacent to this area is a wet bar ideal for mixing drinks, while the dining table seats ten guests with ocean views. The kitchen is equipped with chef-grade appliances and includes a breakfast bar for four under a vaulted ceiling of exposed red brick.

The home is exceptional with amazing views of the ocean from all floors. We had four couples and each had their own floor and amazing balconies. We also followed their recommendation for food staff and had amazing breakfasts every morning, appetizers with drinks in the afternoon and a dinner on our last night. It was all delicious and fresh. I strongly recommend.

Incredible house. Spotless and breathtaking sunsets. Very spacious and modern in great location. Staff was above and beyond in helping us before and during our stay. Highly recommend. Only thing to note is the three story layout may not be for everyone given there are no internal staircases and bottom floor required using elevator.

There were a LOT of good things about our trip. The maid, Norma (she was there approx 8 to 4 EVERY day) wow...she was AMAZING and we LOVED her. The property was incredibly well built and clean. Scenic and what an incredible view. The folks that did the catering were VERY good and a real pleasure to have helping us. The transfers to and from the airport all went perfectly. The food and alcohol delivery were very well done and much appreciated. These things were arranged by the management group associated with the villa and that helped a LOT. The weather at the villa was great the first week but sadly, REALLY REALLY WINDY the second week so you couldn't really get out in the pool as water was literally being blown back onto the deck and even onto the villa windows as the wind was blowing that hard..that was not ideal. The villa was very nice....HOWEVER, the neighbors (Maison Cortez) generator made the master bedroom and the two bedrooms below the master truly unusable for sleep at night. For what I paid for the property, that is completely unacceptable. Fortunately, the generator didn't start coming on until about five days into our trip. We had no idea and then, after one night of being up until 3 in the morning until the generator shut off, (we didn't know what the noise was and couldn't figure it out in the dark) we all had to move to the other side of the villa to sleep and that was just truly unacceptable. They MUST MUST MUST work out something with the neighbor to make that generator much quieter or the value of this property is very little. We did not have too large of a party in the villa as 3 of the guests were not able to make the trip so, we were able to move bedrooms at night. It was still a royal hassle and NOT what I should receive in the way of value for the very high cost of the villa. We were NOT happy about that at all. I complained to the local staff and they told me that's just the way it is and there was nothing that could be done about it. That information should have been disclosed prior to booking as I would NEVER have booked the place had I known we couldn't sleep in half of the place at night. One other thing that was frustrating, and I think it's just a "Pedregal" thing but, you must call the security gate for a taxi in Pedregal as they limit who is allowed in and out. The taxis that they sent always seriously overcharged. I got tired of seeing them because I KNEW we were getting scammed. That was just a small thing compared to the price of the villa but, I thought I should mention it. I don't know who is making extra money down at the security guard station in Pedregal, but they are ripping off visitors in Pedregal. For example...to barely get into Cabo (I mean, one block out of Pedregal), they would charge $25.00 U.S. If you got an Uber back to the property from much further away it was 53 pesos (about $2.50). Take that $25.00 trip multiple times over a 11 day trip and, it really adds up. NORMA!!! She was AMAZING. I can't tell you enough how much we enjoyed having her there helping us at the villa.
