Esta auténtica cabaña de playa es ideal para parejas, pequeños grupos de amigos o familias. El diseño abierto permite a los huéspedes sumergirse en el ambiente playero con el océano a la puerta. Casa Tranquila significa casa relajante; disfrutarás de la tranquilidad de la hermosa playa de arena de 2 km de longitud con acceso a algunos de los placeres únicos de Nicaragua, como el surf, la pesca y el kayak. Si buscas una experiencia relajante en el paraíso nicaragüense, no busques más.
El espacio
Un paso fuera del porche principal te llevará a la suave arena de Playa Guasacate, famosa por su surf, pesca, tortugas y, por supuesto, sus hermosos atardeceres que se repiten cada noche sin falta. Casa Tranquila permite a los huéspedes despertar con los sonidos del océano Pacífico y el bello canto del zanate, un ave local.
La propiedad ofrece una conexión interior-exterior con dos hermosos balcones al frente con hamacas para disfrutar la vista al mar, además de una terraza privada trasera con área para cenar al aire libre y zona de barbacoa. Recientemente se ha realizado un paisajismo y plantación en el lugar. El espacio está diseñado intencionalmente para resaltar la sencilla y rústica vida playera típica del sur de Nicaragua.
Acceso para huéspedes
Los huéspedes tendrán su propia cabaña privada en la playa. Actualmente hay dos casas en la propiedad, por lo que en ocasiones la otra puede estar alquilada. También hay algunas áreas al aire libre como mesas y un gazebo con barbacoa que son espacios compartidos.
Otros detalles
Los mosquitos solo están presentes en la temporada de lluvias, de julio a octubre; sin embargo, con repelente no representan un problema. El resto del año es temporada seca y no hay mosquitos.
Se proporciona agua potable purificada (20L) por un costo adicional de C$ 80 (3 USD); por favor, no traigas botellas de agua.
El servicio de limpieza está incluido cada dos días, aunque si se requiere diariamente, puede organizarse con un cargo adicional. También se incluye un guardia de seguridad nocturno sin costo extra todas las noches.
Emilio, el administrador de la propiedad, puede proveer pescado fresco todos los días y ofrece tours de pesca por 80 USD (precio que puede dividirse entre hasta 3 personas).

Casa Tranquila was a mixed bag for our family for four. We read many reviews before our stay so we were aware of what we were getting into. Pros: It's RIGHT on the beach. The location is incredible. It's a funky and rustic little cabin. You literally step off the back porch into the sand. The Bus Bar next door was adorable, and we loved Café Mediterráneo for breakfast and smoothies. Great for walking on the beach and exploring. It honestly felt a little bit like camping, which is something we love to do. Cons: Response times from the host very slow, and the house was not ready when we arrived. The kitchen had no pots/pans so it wasn't really usable. There was an AC unit on the upper level, but it was not functional. Coming from a colder climate, it was an uncomfortably hot night of sleep. We were not expecting a 5-star resort, but some small changes could make this place very special and enjoyable.

TLDR: the place provides more of a glamping expereince than anything else. The location is amazing! Right on the beach and next to a few great bars and cafes. We couldn't have asked for a better local and vibe. That said it is VERY RUSTIC - more than the listing alludes to. There are many amazing ways to describe Fyfe's beach-side hut but clean is not one of them. A little bit of TLC, some fresh linens, pillows, and decent fans would go a long way. Overall it was a blast for a group of mid-twenties guys with the goal of surfing and hanging out on the beach. Additionally we only had running water and power every other day. This wasn't the hosts fault - it was a town-wide thing while we were there due to local construction - but this was never commuincated to us before or after booking and something we would have liked to know ahead of time. Outside of that communication was relatively quick and Emilio was a great resource.

This place was surreal! We had the most calmest and prettiest days here! Beach front and right next to our new favorite bar!! There are stray dogs and cats on the property that are super sweet and will come in the house lol! Over all the places we visited in nicaragua this place was our favorite!

The chalet is dreamy, practically on the beach. But the real gem is Emilio, a true fisherman, who also gave me the joy of going out with him and his friends on the boat to fish. An unforgettable experience.

A magical place to be in front of the ocean and you can walk to Popoyo Main... the wave is very good! Emilio helped us find a good contact to go by boat to other spots in the area. He welcomed us very well and was always very friendly and helpful. The little house is beautiful, there is a kitchen with several useful things and the wifi works very well. Thanks for everything.
