Absolutely perfect. We will be back again. Best trip ever! Thank you for helping us have the perfect experience together. We loved watching the monkeys in trees by the ocean. Food was delicious and transportation worked with us extremely well.

The unit was great and we loved staying there as a family. The description didn’t do it justice though and after messaging back and forth I thought I would clarify a few items. The unit is inside a much larger gated development. It’s a premier development in the area that has multiple gated neighborhoods once you get inside the front gate. This unit has its own pool that is basically private because there are only a few residents that have access to it inside the gate. There are 2 buildings inside Jobo and the pool is not pictured in the listing. It has an infinity pool, large deck with chairs and 2 cabana style setups along with a bean bag toss game. It’s nice because in the afternoon it’s more shaded so you can enjoy it without being blasted by the sun. The beach club is .5 miles down the hill from the unit, has 2 pools, a really nice gym you have access to, a play area for kids and private beach and a restaurant. A few restaurants inside the community too. Need reservations.

Fantastic place that is spacious and luxurious. Good kitchen layout. Access to Beach Club included and was great. Good clear communication and very responsive. Highly recommend!

I would like to say that this was a wonderful place to stay. Accommodations were five star communication and support from the team was over the top. They were always paying attention checking in, I would come back in a second and spend another week there anytime, really appreciate the opportunity and I would recommend to anybody to stay at this property

Very spacious condo with large patio and incredible ocean views. Super secure with double gates and this complex is fairly close to the beach and beach club . Beds were excellent as was the large high end sofa and TV. Overall very good value for the area !

Beautiful condo - spacious and looks like photos. Basically this is a large land property which houses the Westin, the W and Reserva Conchal which consists of privately owned condos/houses/apts - this rental is part of Reserva Conchal. There is a beach club specific to Reserva Conchal and it has one restaurant, 2 pools (next to each other) and gym. The golf course and Westin spa are also right there and I believe you have access to both (additional cost obviously). My understanding is that you can eat at the Westin and W also but need reservations. You do not have access to their other amenities. Beach is very nice - gentle waves and minimal people. Things to know: - Beach club is great but just under 1 mile away from the condo so most likely you'll want to drive although its a nice jog or walk to the gym. - only pool is at the Beach Club - property is huge which means that anything off-site (ie restaurants/markets) are all about 15-20min drive.

We had an amazing time at this property. It’s even more beautiful in person than the photos. It’s huge, has more than enough bathrooms (four full bathrooms!) and is so clean with beautiful views. The kitchen was stocked as well which was great for us to cook or eat in. The location was great - inside Reserva Conchal and felt safe and close to the pool/beach/gym. The shuttle was convenient to get around. The concierge service was very responsive also and helped us book whatever we needed including airport transfer to Liberia airport. We’d definitely recommend for your next stay in Guanacaste!

Great value for the price. We were a group of 7 and we had plenty of space. It’s a very spacious condo. Shuttle service to and from the beach club and beach was terrific. The communication with Krain/hosts was terrific. The beds were extremely comfortable and clean. We loved the location, and it was a gorgeous beach compared to some others. Views from the balcony were amazing.

Our family of 6 had a beautiful stay at Jobo 9. The condo was pristine and exactly as pictured with lots of space for everyone. The balcony with its ocean view was a perfect place to enjoy a coffee and listen to the variety of wildlife in the area. The beach club, restaurant and gym are fantastic amenities that we enjoyed everyday. The pool at the beach club was perfect for our little children. We will definitely be back!
