The Space
This penthouse/treehouse combination is designed in harmony with nature to fulfill your health and wellness needs. It integrates eco-friendly living, wellness programs, nutrition, and the best of local cuisine, along with a variety of activities such as hiking trails, water sports, and tours of sea turtles and volcanoes.
Penthouse

Beautiful location overlooking the ocean and beach. Loved the space for our family with the main bedroom upstairs and the second room detached across deck (this was great for us with older kids to have their own space). Lawrence was helpful when booking and even called me to explain the space and how to get there at night. It would have been nice if the pool was ready our first day and we had drinking water available right away, but the caretaker tried to come as quickly as he could and was responsive. I think the most helpful thing would be to add a house instruction booklet to the space or have more instructions on the AirBNB listing so we did not have to send messages so often. But overall we loved our stay here!

The stay was excellent. Problems on arrival were remedied and it made for a wonderful stay. The location is absolutely stunning….almost unbelievable. Well worth staying. Notably Lawrence was of the highest integrity and Douglas was a truly outstanding ambassador.

Excellent beach stay with warm water, hope to stay here again. Lawrence was a great host- gave contacts for wonderful, trustworthy property manager and driver so it was easy for us to get there, and we felt very safe. Everyone attentive and kind. Beautiful canopy- saw and heard howler monkeys very close by. Porch needs some safety maintenance (screws sticking up, rotting boards) and interior walls could use paint job or cleaning inside bathrooms in particular. Other than construction noise in nearby cabins when we were there, it was very peaceful and quiet on the lovely beach. Beach bar restaurant with basic menu. Playa Gigante is a 20ish minute walk. We hope this place stays small, quiet... some nearby development. Lots of wildlife, maybe rustic for some travelers- we like that. Saw some people visit the restaurant who were scared of normal harmless tropical insects. Amazing tropical ecology here. Several flights worth of somewhat steep rise stairs from beach.

Unfortunately, I was not impressed with this place. Therefore, I won’t be renting in the future.
