The Space

• Two delightful courtyards
• A sprawling pool
• A well-appointed kitchen that opens directly to the pool, patio, and garden, perfect for indoor-outdoor living
• An inviting living room, ideal for reading, movie nights, or socializing
• A second courtyard, a tranquil oasis with a mango tree and additional seating for games or relaxation
• Convenient laundry facilities in the second courtyard

The back of the house includes three comfortable bedrooms, each with a private full bathroom. The bedroom configurations are:

1. One queen bed
2. One double bed with a single bunk
3. One additional double bed

Fresh linens, bath towels, and beach towels are readily available. The kitchen is equipped for easy meal preparation with essentials such as:

• Coffee press
• Cooking pots and pans
• Spices, salt, pepper, and sugar
• Coffee

Enjoy the comfort of air conditioning in both main bedrooms and hot water in all bathrooms. An unheated outdoor shower is also available for a refreshing experience.

Please note the importance of electricity conservation; kindly turn off air conditioning, lights, and fans when not in use. A $100 weekly deposit for electricity, gas, and water applies to stays of seven days or longer, with refunds for unused amounts.

• An electric fence
• Security cameras

Granada is a very safe city, but like any city, it is advisable to keep track of valuables in public places and ensure the front metal doors are closed when you are not in the front of the house.

Guest Access

The entire house is private for your family to enjoy.

Other Things to Note

Living in an open-air house means you'll truly experience the sounds of Nicaragua, including:

• Roosters
• Parakeets
• Barking dogs
• The lively calls of street vendors and mobile shops
• Firecrackers

These sounds are completely normal. If you're a light sleeper, we recommend earplugs or using white noise.

We are looking to host families, couples, solo travelers, or smaller groups of mature friends, rather than groups of young adults. We are happy to chat with any group to ensure a good fit. There is a two-night minimum stay.
