Great stay!! We traveled as a family and really enjoyed the complex and the apartment. Everything was as described, and even better. Very comfortable, clean, and equipped with everything you need to spend a few days relaxing. The facilities are very good and well maintained. We especially enjoyed the pool and the paddle tennis courts. The setting is pleasant, safe and perfect for relaxing. We also want to highlight the service from Luis, who was always very friendly, warm, and willing to help. The only thing worth mentioning is that the beach was quite affected by sargassum during our visit, which we understand depends on natural factors in the area. But perhaps the complex can do more with the cleaning and buy equipment so that you can enjoy the beautiful beach it has. It was an excellent experience. We would definitely recommend this place to stay and would choose it again on a future visit.

It's a very nice apartment; it has everything you need to spend several days there. Access to the beach is wonderful; the beach is very nice and clean despite the sargassum. I would recommend more cleanliness in the bathrooms of the rooms and better washing of the pillows. Another recommendation would be to provide basic cleaning supplies for the apartment, such as garbage bags, which are essential for daily use so that garbage doesn't pile up… Also, it's a place where you can't even listen to music at a low volume because they ask you not to. We took a small speaker to the beach, and they asked us not to; they said it was better to use headphones. That's just so they can keep an eye on it in case people are planning to party.

Very nice apartment, large and beautiful pools, and a spectacular beach access. Very close to downtown Playa del Carmen; we will definitely be back.

Sophia’s place was absolutely gorgeous and very spacious. We had a tv go while we were there and a brand new one came the next day!! It’s was awesome. I love, love, love the pool area, it’s was the biggest most clean and quiet pool ever. I would go back in a heartbeat, I’m sad to leave….

Great place direct access to the beach , beautiful sunrises, nice clean apartment, security doors. If we ever comeback we will stay here again.

Sofia’s place was very nice and spacious. I stayed here with my husband, 2 kids, mother and father in law. The kids loved the pool. I would definitely suggest renting a car. We had a car and went to cenote azul, xcaret and Isla mujeres. There are 2 restaurants, but we didn’t try them. The beach is a short walk, there is sargassum on it though. We had a great holiday!
